Ordered heart shaped pizza on valentines for the family they’re always super fast so when it was 10 minutes late I tried calling several times and sat on hold. I knew they were swamped so I drove in and the friendly manager lady looked up and saw my order had gone to DoorDash for delivery since they were swamped and had been mis-delivered. She gave me the option of a refund or remake my order. I politely told her I understood they were swamped and just wanted my order. I waited patiently and upon handing me my pizza she told me she had also refunded my charge for being so understanding. Will definitely order here again.

When Papa John's is firing on all cylinders, they're about as close to perfect as possible. The stars aligned for this order, and this pizza was incredible. I got it delivered to my hotel, and everything was right. Extra sauce, still hot, remembered the sauce cups, nice delivery guy, stuffed crust, not overcooked, no bubbles in the cheese. They hit it out of the park, and they earned this 5-star review. Well played, Papa.

I haven't ordered a pizza from Papa John's in a long time. I read online they haven't changed anything since the founder left. I'm trying to figure out their sauce. It's just nasty. It's not the original sauce. They've blended peppers into it and it's to spicy. I ate one piece and threw the rest out. I won't order from Papa John's again. Just awful pizza. I'll buy frozen before I buy from them again.

Literally just did an online order and the canceled cause their drivers don't know how to knock. Asked if they can redo my order and they refused. I love papa John's but now I can't due to their poor customer service. Never had this issue with any other pizza company.
