Ordered online, it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready and the store was only being worked by one person. Management must be either abysmal or non-existent. They also didn’t get my order correct. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a single sandwich. I’ll be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s next time.

I don't understand WHY you can't see the meat part when they are making your sub??? And why such HIGH prices? Yeah subs taste great, it weren't for the vegetables you wouldn't have nothing but bread.

this particular location has the rudest people working there nothing but these young kids that dont know anything about customers service on this day 3-23-24 the this young girl working did not greet me walking in she was on the phone calling a customer that placed an online order to let them know they were out of flatbread while a gentleman was there to pick up an online order and she proceeded to tell him that she was barely going to start to make it. I asked if they were out of flatbread and she said yes so I just walked out. They never have any ingredients one day they wont have something and the next day it's something different so enter at your own risk and try to order a sandwich.

I went to this store to get a 6in meatball sandwich yesterday and the guy made a huge mess of the sandwich and overcharged me because he said he would add extra cheese for no charge to make up for not enough meatballs, but then charged me double for a cheese. When I got home and saw this horrible mess of a sandwich, I went back to get refund and they refused and said I needed to have a different sandwich instead. I didn’t want a different sandwich so the guy tells me sometimes you gotta do what you Gotta do! I even brought back the sandwich he made so grossly and opened it up to show them. it took three papers for them to roll it up because it was a big mess of sauce and cheese, and only two meatballs and half the bread was burnt and hard . It was not edible, and the girl that was also working there Agreed with me, but refused to give a refund. Needless to say, there were some heated words between us, but the manager the next day took the employee side and told me it was his second day, and no excuse for my unprofessionalism but when I asked about his unprofessionalism, she was very rude and cut me off and told me I would need to speak to the district manager before they can’t do anything to help me on this matter. I normally don’t even go in there because their vegetables are always wilted and look old. Many times I’ve been there and there has been rude employees who are not for the customer. I could go on and on about stories about this place, but I have definitely learned now I will never be back to do business with them again. It’s no wonder they can never keep employees for very long over there. I have a picture of the sandwich and if I could post it, I would.

I came here for lunch this past week and had to leave without ordering because the guy was standing outside talking on the phone and smoking a cigarette. I did wait about 10 minutes because maybe he was on break and the only one here but he never came in and looked right at me. I ended up getting in my car to leave and he just waved goodbye at me. This is ridiculous. People are so lazy. Back in my day, stuff like this wouldn’t have ever been allowed.

I was there yesterday and watched an employee SLOP together the worst looking sandwich I’ve ever seen. He looked like he had just woke up and didn’t wash his face, clothes, or hands. He was sloppy himself, no wonder his work ethic was too.Everything looked disgusting. I definitely did not stay and order but looking at these reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels like that. This location has gone down hill BIG time. Come on let’s do better

The food was good but the service is going downhill. We were told that we could only get a six-inch sandwich. We asked what breads they have for the foot long. They replied that they have the bread but only 6 inches is what we can get. Our friend ahead of us got a foot long with no problems. I am not sure what their problem was but we will not be returning to this location.

My husband had two full sperate orders we were picking up. We waited over half an hour for service on both orders. While waiting I decided I needed to use the restroomI was snapped at by an overweight, blonde, rude woman that I couldn't use their restroom without ordering something. Even when I told her my husband was already here and waiting on THEM she tried to argue with me. This is a joke

I wont go back to this location ever. Employee was rude and threatened to call police when i asked to cancel my order and refund my money after waiting for over 40 minutes for it to be ready. She was outside hanging on someone’s truck then came back in and was stocking drinks instead of making sandwiches. I had asked for a number to call and was refused that as well as speaking with manager. Finally, instead of cops the manager showed up and said she cant do refunds either and i would have to contact corporate. Which i did.
