I ordered 4 items through the app and had rewards for another item. When I pulled up to drive thru they said they had no beef. So I said I'll order a chicken cantina box item. Then they said they have no chicken either. So I asked for a refund and the guy said you have to refund it though the app which is a lie.So I had to dispute it through my credit card company. Lousy service and obviously a lousy manager running this place. No chicken or beef and they still take orders from people and keep the money and give you nothing.

I haven't had the opportunity to write this review, but now I am.About two days ago I ordered a Breakfast box and asked them to add crumbled sausage and extra cheese to the breakfast crunch wrap...I paid the extra for the items, but didn't receive the extra items, and the Orange Juice cap was dirty (good thing they gave me a straw).I'm not returning here anymore, they got me once, they aren't pulling that trash with me again.

Went there 2 nights in a row around 1:30 AM and they said the system was down so I left, came back the next day (same time) and sat at the drive thru for 5 mins before someone talked on the intercom, I told them my order and had someone said that we were out of beef in the background and it was silent for another 5 mins so I left.

Such a poor service at the mobile pickup as well as the drive thru. I come here almost every 3 days a week, and when I come in late night the ladies who are giving out food to me are always spot on with my order, but in the evening I don’t feel like coming here anymore. They really ruin your order and on top of that they are in the denial. I have to drive twice most of the time because they get my order wrong. I wish someone give them evening coworkers some proper training!

I ordered me some food at this taco bell through their app for delivery... the taco bell is exactly 5 mins from my job... I asked my dasher to please make sure my fries where fresh from the grease because I knew by the time, she got to me they would still be hot ... well taco bell lied to her and gave her my order COLD!!! my fries were cold, my CRUNCHWRAP was cold... how is that possible and it is cooked on the grill? my burrito was cold, and I didn't even get my twist they just sub it out for what they wanted... I worked as a fast-food manager for 6 years one at taco bell for 1 year, so I know the ends and out and how long it takes to cook stuff...THIS IS THE WORST TACOBELL IVE HAD MY FIRES LOOKED AND TASTED OVER 40 MINS OLD AND THEY WHERNT EVEN FILLED UP... THIS IS BEYOND REDICULOS I PAID OVER $20 FOR MY FOOD JUST FOR ME TO THROW IT IN THE TRASH BECAUSE IT WAS SO COLD AND OLD IT TASATED JUST NASTY!! DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE
Normally I never have a bad experience but tonight service was horrible. I wish I had my reciept to name the exact employees. After I expressed that my food was cold the refused to remake it and gave me extra taco shells. “Fries wouldn’t be cold after you dip them in the cheese”Cheese was cold as well. I recommend avoiding this location if possible

I pulled thru the mobile drive thru gave them my name and they had it ready by the time I drove to window although the only complaint I have is we ordered 3 munchie boxes and they put all the food in one bag instead of separate boxes Like it should have been which made the process of giving everyone their food more difficult because we had look at each item to see what food went where.Parking: They have plenty of parking spaces and they put in a new mobile line drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility even in the bathroom.

Horrible experience, I placed an order through doordash at 1:45 am. My door dasher told me they were having trouble locating me order. My doordasher made a different delivery and came back and STILL no food was made. I called the store and they're refusing to make my order since it " disappeared" from their order screen. I understand the industry is hard but no solution was offered to help me fix my order or anything in regards. Shoutout to the doordasher who camped out in the parking lot
