“Picked up Ribs, Sausage and sides to bring back to the family to surprise them with BBQ. First of all the scent of good BBQ will hit you hard. The Food Truck looks amazing, meticulously kept and such a friendly grill master serving up the goods. The Ribs melt in your mouth while the spices excite your taste buds. The sausage has that perfect blend, not too hot, not too mild. Sides are great. All we can say is, "Can't wait to go again and try the brisket. YUM YUM!“

“5/5, we stopped in unexpectedly after visiting a park. It happened to be open around 2pm on a Sunday, so we stopped in for a to-go order. We got the brisket (so tender, so beefy and finally not too salty, perfect for saucing), pulled pork (absolutely perfect with their sauce, delicious), and smoked chicken (tender, juicy, peppery rub, delicious). We also had to try ALL the sides: the Mexican street corn was delicious, salty, and spicy, I'd like the corn to be a little sweeter but it was an easy 4/5; the smoked Mac and cheese was 8/5 Delicious and I think it had jalapeños in it but it wasn't spicy at all and it was surprisingly smokey; the jalapeño cole slaw was easily a 7/5 which is not easy to do for vole slaw, medium spicy and builds; the pinto beans were 4/5 Delicious not too salty, very peppery in the best way but you have to LOVE black pepper, which I do; the potato salad was cool and refreshing, slightly sweet and perfect with the other spicier sides. We also tried the smoked pecan cobbler and when I say RICH it is like 2 bites maximum RICH for me. You'll need to LOVE the smell of a campfire because that's what it takes like, absolutely delicious, I just need to share mine and maybe eat it on a biscuit. Highly recommend, everything is already made so it is fast service and super fast to pick up.“
“First, the service was excellent. The young king taking orders was very prompt and respectful. The food was amazing. I got the catfish with Mac & cheese & greens and was very impressed. I’m from Los Angeles and have been very unimpressed with the food scene in Killeen. I’ve never seen so many fast food establishments clustered on the streets. Many of the restaurants here have poor service AND subpar food. This place was the absolute best food I’ve had in Killeen, and I’m looking forward to going back and trying some of their other options. All my military people, check this place out. “Great food and customer service. If you check out the menu, you can see the theme of the restaurant. I ordered the Poly Plate. This plate includes 2 meats and 2 sides. I chose ribs and brisket and mac & cheese and greens and it was so good! I felt like I recieved a plate off grill from a family holiday cook out. Only thing is once they sell out, it is gone so make sure you plan accordingly. This restaurant also has a variety of desserts like peach cobbler and banana pudding and kool aid as well.“

“Luis was our server while dining here at Hot Pot. He has been our server on one separate occasions in the past as well. He ensured that all our meat and vegetables needs were met. Unfortunately they serve Pepsi Products but needless to say our cups were always full. “The staff goes out of their way to make sure you’ve got everything you need and that you’re happy with your food and come around the restaurant many times in case you may need something during your visit. We were there during a very large event and were still very well taken care of by staff. We never felt ignored.Wheelchair accessibility: There are quite a few parking spots for handicap people. There’s a nice entrance to pull up to before parking to unload people with extra needs with a covered section. The doors open wide enough for a wheelchair to enter easily. There are tables that can accommodate a wheelchair as well.“

I texted letting them know I wanted a turkey leg but hust got off of work. They stayed open until I was able to make it. “After not dining in Roadhouse for a few years, I decided to stop in and have a steak dinner. I surprisingly didn't have a long wait on a busy night. The hostess seated me in a great spot with tv's in perfect view. My waiter came over really quick and took my drink order. It came out really fast and was really good. My waiter then took my order and said it should be out shortly, and it was! One area that has gotten a lot better is the service. Although my steak was a little on the small side, it was cooked perfectly! It was exactly how I wanted it, and it tasted amazing. My loaded mash and the dinner rolls with that butter didn't disappoint and honestly has never let me down. However, my mac n cheese was not at all pleasant at all. I wasn't feeling that at all. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would return.“
“I really enjoyed this bar! I'm pretty fair but I'm always honest. With that said I found that this place did really well. First off they greeted you when you came in and were friendly throughout the experience. They had a wide variety of liquors and the place was set up nicely and was clean. There is lots and lots of room. They even have an outside area for nice days which really was impressive. They have a decent size parking lot and I had no problems getting in with my RV.. the prices are moderate which is very easy to deal with when considering the exceptional service. The overall feel of the place is laid back and the dress code is casual. If I am in Belton I will definitely go back. Also if you are a fellow veteran you will probably strike up some great conversations...“
“Service here is always friendly. Sometimes they don't come by your table as often as you might want, but usually they are great. Food is decent, but brisket can sometimes be too dry. The baked potatoes with meat is extremely filling and good.“

I love the perfection in the seasoning this is a true thing for me without the right seasonings your food is nothing. I wish they could’ve heard all of the wonderful accolades from our guests on how wonderful their food was.Secondly, Character! They were well prepped, professional, and arrived on time. Here’s a very important part. A portion of our order was not utilized. And when I reached out about it, there was 100% accountability. And I was told by the owner when we were ready for the missing component. To just let them know. Well, it’s been about six months since our event. And we haven’t had a gathering large enough to justify reaching out until this beautiful Easter weekend ahead of us.
