I made an error on my end through the papa johns app and accidentally put the order in twice. I decided to call the store and Victor was able to at it fixed. He was polite and friendly and understood the situation. You know most people who work in the food industry sometimes don’t seem to care or would just say “sorry that’s the app” and say it’s to late but he did go above and beyond. The pizza also looked great and he seems to care about his customers.
I needed a bunch of pizzas for an end of the year pizza party at my sons school. This location did a fantastic job. They worked with me to get the pizzas done earlier than normal business hours as they had to be delivered to the class by 10:30am. They even supplied plates, napkins and extra garlic and ranch sauce. Thank you Harker Heights Papa Johns Manager and staff!!!
