The brisket and ribs were smothered in bbq sauce. Now the sauce wasn't bad, but it overpowered the taste of the actually meat. It almost felt like the sauce is trying to hide the quality of the meat. Their sides were quite good though! The baked beans were our favorite, followed by mac and cheese and potato salad. I loved their collard greens too. But the Corn bread was not memorable. Other than that, the place was nice and cozy and has both outdoor and indoor (limited) seating. The lady who took care of was nice. But our order did take a bit longer than I expected. Usually BBQ joints have their meat and sides prepared already to serve.

The food was good. The Mac-n-cheese was a little cold as well as the brisket. But the flavor was there. Price was reasonable. For me and my wife it was only $34 and that was for 2 meals and 2 drinks. My wife got the baked potato with brisket and loved it. I got the brisket plateKid-friendliness: There were no kids here but I would bring my kids.

Just picked up my cat fish plate order. It looks good, Mac and cheese and fish good. I tasted the greens, yuck!! It had sooo much SALT! I could not eat them. I should suggest that someone tastes the food items before they go on the menu.

This was my first time coming here, I was googling brisket sandwiche near me and they pulled up so I tried it and let me tell you I was not disappointed and I will be back. I got the catfish plate and I got the bbq plate for my mother and we stuffed our face, they definitely are not stingy with their portions ?

I was excited at first just to be left super disappointed. Brisket was tough almost inedible. The Mac and Cheese was definitely Kraft deluxe with maybe some garlic powder added? And I know Glory greens when I see them. The sides weren’t bad just not homemade and hopefully they’re able to improve the meat.

The man is so kind I Don’t eat pork but I swear the ribs was worth it. Meat so tender. Catfish cooked perfectly. Not too slimey and not over cooked. Mac and cheese bomb. Greens a bit more salt than I like but good ! All around just amazing and the deserts topped it off so well! Inside is so clean ! Will def be my regular bbq spot when needed
