This star bucks is so so slow. I know it’s a busy Starbucks but I have been to plenty busy Starbucks and they are much quicker. This one is still extremely slow. Even when not many people are there they are still super slow. I as much as possible avoid this location.

The employee with a nasty attitude who worked today at around 7-8ish am time needs to learn what it means to provide customer service. Next time you clap your hands, roll eyes and give anyone attitude just remember not everyone is nice enough to ignore it. Telling us to wait on a mobile order we placed while still at HEB and making 2 wrong turns is crazy but not a issue we know it gets busy how ever telling us with a nasty attitude is another thing.

I've ordered inside and waited over twenty minutes to get my caramel iced-coffee. It seems that they prioritize their customers in the drive thru than the customers inside. I've counted over fifteen cars that came after me and got their beverages. Even the family of a father, mother, and daughter looked miserable waiting for their drinks inside the complex. They felt so much relief when they got up and picked up their three small beverages and left the complex. alAdditionally, they have too many lights turned on. I recommend bring a pair sunglasses when ordering inside.

Terrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes inside and never got my coffee. Meanwhile I watched not exaggerating 33 cars go through the drive through. I've had faster service at packed diners and ordered full meals. All I ordered was 1 hot coffee and I never got it. Ended up asking for refund. I'll never go back to this location.

I'm not really a Starbucks person but this location is so pleasant, I find myself coming here weekly. The employees have all been friendly. The drive thru stays packed but they work it fast. Drinks are always consistent. Little pricey but no real complaints here.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that is so slow before. I usually prefer other Starbucks, but this one is closer to my workplace. Every time it’s a 20-30 minute wait for a drink and I don’t think I’ll ever understand it.

Only live 2 miles from this Starbucks but it's so hit or miss that I will drive out of my way to another location. Customer service is fine but I don't think they can handle the amount of traffic throughout the day. They miss things in your order, for example, I ordered a triple shot espresso in my latte and it tasted watered down so I know it was not a triple. My wife ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap with two shots. She got her shots, as it tasted much more like coffee than mine, but it had zero crunch in it and wasn't even layered proper. Went there today in a pinch and was disappointed. I will continue to try and avoid this location whenever possible.

Thanks you to the two women at the drive thru who helped make my daughter’s birthday great! They were super nice and wrote cute messages on her cup and free cake pop! I didn’t catch their names but one had brown hair in a ponytail and the other lady had bomb makeup! 7/25/23
