I’m so disappointed with this Starbucks. I had someone pick up my order who literally sat there for 20 minutes after I ordered it. Which I’m guessing my drink sat there for those whole 20 min because , it gets to my house literally half full. Like who in their right mind would hand a customer this damn drink?! I’m sticking with Dutch bros here on out. which has been my go to for about a month but I figured let me give Starbucks another try. Yep last time I’ll make that decision. Like what is this?!

I never write Google reviews, I will today write this the store manager named”GABBY”is so disrespectful rude call me out my name and I’m gonna tell Y’all what happened so yesterday I’m going through the drive-through and it’s Bogo day We can get buy one get one free so they proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the lavender, Matcha and I asked the manager. Is it OK if I can just save my drink for a different day you know I’ll just get one today And she absolutely not that doesn’t work like that you know and I was like well can I get a coupon or something you know because it’s not my fault that you guys don’t have none of your ingredients she said absolutely not so I just proceeded to take the brown sugar shake espresso, when I got it I was really unhappy with the color because I KNOW that when it has coffee in the bottom, it’s supposed to be a lot darker if made correctly so I asked her if I can please get my drink remade she proceeded to say call me out my name, Was not gonna serve me, which is crazy because that’s a barista promise. She said she was just gonna refund me and that I was such B to get out of the store and I said no because I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted my drink remade. She said she was gonna call the police on me and this I could go to one another location, I’m a nurse and I just wanted my drink for my long in the afternoon shift .i’ve never been disrespected by a Starbucks barista”MANAGER”. that was beyond uncalled for when I never gave her any kind of disrespect.

The personalities on the workers is good, which is what you would expect from a franchise that's known for having good customer service but that's as far as I'm willing to go with the praises for this particular location. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing seems to taste good when they have a rush which sucks because they always have rush periods due to the proximity to the freeway.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. What is going on? For this store to have such heavy traffic, they need a faster process or better strategy for serving customers. Takes 20-30 mins just to get your drink through drive-thru. Very disappointing.

My go to drink venti chai latte, it never me disappoint me. It's cold outside so the drive thru is a wait but the cashier is friendly when you pull up so I didn't mind.

I go to Starbucks on the weekends. The service is good and if I order food it's delicious. My coffee always taste ☕ yummy no matter what I order. One of my favorite places in Harker Heights.

I have traveled and experienced 100’s of Starbucks around the United States. This morning Sam prepared my coffee with the same 5 ingredients I always use but today the coffee tasted like heaven! Every time she makes my coffee it has the best flavor! Sam is awesome ask for her!!!

I go by my middle name David, because it's easy to spell. I go to most of the branches starting from Clear Creek, to Harker Heights and in between. Yes sometimes the services are mid, coffee is lacking, other times I'm met with beautiful smiles and great starts to my morning.Thank you for getting my mornings started every day and providing great conversations, Especially "Sam" the current NVP of this location. Sorry Sam for not being able to properly say goodbye even though I said I would, every time I came back you were off shift. But you got my info anyway, and good luck with your future in real estate.

I've ordered inside and waited over twenty minutes to get my caramel iced-coffee. It seems that they prioritize their customers in the drive thru than the customers inside. I've counted over fifteen cars that came after me and got their beverages. Even the family of a father, mother, and daughter looked miserable waiting for their drinks inside the complex. They felt so much relief when they got up and picked up their three small beverages and left the complex. alAdditionally, they have too many lights turned on. I recommend bring a pair sunglasses when ordering inside.

Over an hour wasted. Went through the drive thru, the started pulling people into spaces after taking their money. I continued to wait, walked inside and asked about my one coffee (simple order) just to be added to the list to wait. Never received the coffee. It's a weekday between 8 and 10. Not sure what the issue other than poorly managing the situation could be.

I am giving this location a 1 star solely on one employees behavior. The woman with blonde hair and tattoos taking orders for the drive thru was incredibly unprofessional. We overheard her complaining about how miserable she was to be there and it showed in her service. I am a disabled 31 year old with ALS, I have enough issues already and this employee just made my life a little worse.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a hot coffee and waited 45 minutes, and never got it. When I asked where it was they told me it will be a bit longer ended up asking for a refund. I watched not exaggerating 33 cars go through the drive through. While I waited for a single hot coffee. I’ve been to restaurants during rush hour and gotten full meals quicker. I’ll never go back to this location.

I've had faster service at packed diners and ordered full meals. All I ordered was 1 hot coffee and I never got it. Ended up asking for refund. I'll never go back to this location.

Completely dissappointed. Lobby is closed on a Saturday with a tiny little sign on the door. Couldn't even see it til we went thru the rain and found the door locked! There are 4 people inside working the drive thru. Completely ridiculous!
