Went to look for another restraunt for breakfast but it was closed down. I had passed by here before and decided to try it. I was not disappointed. No frills menu. Food was well portioned and very good. I recommend breakfast. Good coffee as well.

Nothing fancy here. This is the working man's restaurant.Alicia's is in an old building in an old part of town, but don't let that dissuade you from giving it a try.We stopped in for breakfast after attending our grandson's graduation ceremony at MMA.The menus that are brought to the table are much smaller than I ever expected, with the daily specials on one side and three items on the other.  But the waiter ensured us they could fix us anything. The positives:The coffee was absolutely some of THE BEST coffee I've ever had.The salsa was on freakin point! The corn chips were deep fried corn tortillas, which may seem lazy to some, but they were fried to a perfect crispness! And in fact they did fix exactly what we asked. The negatives? The Charro beans were a little salt for me, but that's really about it.All in all a really good experience and someplace I'd visit again if I'm ever down there again. And the best part was the final bill. . . . . . . Breakfast for two with a couple coffees was a whopping $16!

This family owned Mexican restaurant lives up to the "Hype" Large Taco for $4.99. I had to cut mine in three to eat it. ? We went before service this morning. Thank you, Jesus??✝️

If you're looking for good Mexican food at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly and food is tasty. Portions are large and the pricing won't empty your wallet. This is a family run business, Alicia is one of the kindest people I've met. Please stop by if you're hungry and say hello. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for the whole familyParking: Plenty of parking nearby

Very tasty and affordable breakfast plates, plus their specials come with tea or coffee. Service was good. I will say their carne guisada was on the salty side as were the charro beans. Their refried beans were slightly sour as if lemon had been added. They were still good, not past date. Their beef enchiladas were ohhh sooo delicious!!!! Their breakfast tacos on special were delish too and came with tea or coffee. Their tea is unique, almost as if mango or tamarindo had been infused in the mix. Very good tea as a result.
