Breakfast today at Blanquita's Mexican Restaurant in Harlingen was delicious! It was my 1st time here and I'm definitely a fan. My eggs were made perfectly how I like them. The sausage patties are big and full of flavor. The bacon was crispy. The hashbrowns were nice and golden. The refried beans were good as well. The staff was very friendly. The dining area is nice and clean. I love the atmosphere inside. I'll definitely be back soon with my wife, daughters and mother-in-law. I heard their barbacoa and menudo is very good as well so I have to try those next. I highly recommend.
