I went to use my coupon that I received from T- Mobile. The employee was not having and did not want to assist. In addition, the manager was there on the front line on his cell phone not wanting to help as well. So, the situation was that T Mobile customers were given coupons to get a free whopper with a $3 purchase in the mobile app. I showed the cashier the information and the coupon and that the coupon didnot expire until April 9th, 2024; She wanted to argue with me that it is supposed to be used only on Tuesdays! I stated ma'am if it was supposed to be only used on Tuesdays it would not have an expiration date of April 9th, 2024 and it would not have been available for me to use today! She just stated I can't help you and we can not use the coupon in the store. So, now I have learned not to use coupons in BK because they will not provide customer service and I guess that is why their parking lot stays empty. (See pictures below)

I’ve visited this Burger King many times. Service was mediocre.Today is a different story. Very courteous staff with beautiful smiles. The manager is great. Staff is respectful to him and he is respectful to his staff. Love that he reminds his staff to wash their hands. I’m impressed.

It's a fine true to formula Burger King. Polite clerk. They got my order correct at the drive through.
Very good. . But I passed by on the 25th of Dec, and it was the 1st time ever, that there was a line of cars wrapped around it. Thanks to all their competitors being closed. I sure hope that they compensated the workers well because they had to work on Xmas and, plus, with an unprecedented load (for BK) of customers, they are not used to that in this location ( and we know why).

I've been meaning to do this for a while. This place is so consistent with its great quality food and customer service. I usually go during lunch and the food is always hot and fresh. The other day my wife went to the BK in San benito and damn what a mistake that was. I know going late to any restaurant is a gamble. But not my sunshine strip BK. I went like a couple of hours before close and same thing. Food was hot and fresh and made me genuinely happy knowing I spent money and the food was actually good! The managers and employees always go out of their way to help the customer and I know that sounds corny. But these guys show some pride in their work. I hope you guys get recognized because we see you. You guys are amazing and nothing compared to the San Benito BK. What a huge disappointment ordering from all those high-school kids. They really don't care

Hadn't eaten here since " The Incident". Not bad. Restaurant is real clean and the staff/service was excellent/ 9-29-23 visit, service was excellent. Stopped in for dinner to go. We were greeted immediately, order taken quickly and food came out rather fast. Food was hot and fresh. Good flavor. Ordered the two for 5 JW with the new chicken wrap. The jr's were great. The wrap was ok, a lot smaller that I thought it would be but it was good. Hadn't been here in a while, definitely be back.
Tonite.. I had one of the best burger king experiences I have ever had. I do not remember the name of the manager. Sorry ?. The Burger King on 77 and Ed Carey had some of the best burgers I have had at a burger king since I worked there in 98. Great job to the manager and team. They were only 3. They killed it. Thank u.

We went to dine in. My husband ordered the whopper meal combo with an extra whopper sandwich. I ordered the fish sandwich meal combo. The person taking our order didn't ask what size we wanted, just automatically rang them up as smalls. The wild cherry freeze was NOT a freeze. It wasn't even slushie thick. It was syrupy but foamy. When I got my fish sandwich and opened it up it looked like they either over cooked it or the oil was definitely old (I use to work in the food industry so I can recognize by looking at what it does to the breading. I took it back to the counter to show the employee. She stated that they had just changed the oil the day before. She offered to make me another. I said 1 more try (in case it was an accident and it was left in too long). The 2nd sandwich came out looking identical to the first (I opened it without leaving the counter). That says old oil. So the employee lied to me or they don't filter the oil. I stated I'd take a whopper sandwich (since it was whopper Wednesday). I got attitude when I asked for price correction (fish sandwich was more expensive than the whopper on Whopper Wednesdays). Change was made though. The whopper (even with all the fixings) was still dried out. I don't for see me returning to THAT particular BK. Especially if they don't care that the food doesn't even look appealing.
