It was so busy! Wait time to get seated (which was no problem). Took a very long time to get our food. My whole plate was cold. My husband's pancakes had a crust on them, like they sat on the grill too long. Very nice waiter.

My family went at a busy time on Sunday. The staff was friendly and fast. Everyone moved with a sense of urgency, which I don't see much anymore at most establishments. The food was fresh, one of our orders had a mistake and it was replaced right away. I didn't like the cinnastak pancakes, and the waitress brought me another order of pancakes before I could blink. We will definitely be going back.

I love it, but there is one person called Rodolfo (Rudy). What he does? He doesn't care what yall do, but he only wants tips. He messed up my mother order. We went back. He was hiding in the kitchen because he saw my father, brother, and me. We were so upset. My mother was working. She HAD to wait. So unprofessional. OMG there was a WHOLE WALL full of BOOGERS! So unsanitary. So disgusting. My father found the wall. We came back and it was still there. Do yall not clean or what? So disgusting. ?

There for breakfast this morning. The place was busy but the service was excellent. We would like to commend Melton specifically. He was taking care to make sure everyone was taken care of and things were running smoothly. He is management material. He obviously has alot of experience and is taking care of the business..
Ordered two hamburgers and onion rings. Asked for honey mustard sauce for the onion rings. When we got the bill we were charged $4.98 for the honey mustard. We complained to the waitress and we’re told that is the policy. This is like ordering a salad and being charged for the dressing. We will not be going back.

First time in a ihop in years. First of all I have to say "John" was so welcoming and friendly..best host I have ever seen..you go "John" !!! Now to the food, presentation was awsome! I had the mushroom Omelet and the wife had the classic Benedict. My Omelet was an Omelet..nothing special. I asked for OJ and BBQ sauce, had to remind the server, already had our food and my wife wanted more Hollandaise sauce (Poblano Hollandaise??) Thats not Classic!. They charged $2.49 for 2 small plastic cups of sauce each. First of all I think the server should have let us know the cost so we could make that decision and just not put it on the bill. We are usually 20% tippers, because of the $5 sauce charge we dropped the tip to 15%.I have to say, ihop is still not going to be a favorite for us.

Was so warm and nice ,has changed alot for the best ?, my wife had the grand slam, said all was great, nice big fluffy pancakes, I had the classic double decker, with fries was excellent!!,was an inviting place!server was great, was very attentive to our wants and needs, rare these days!!,we will definitely come back!!Parking: Ample parking for trucks also!!
