This place is dirty as soon as you walk in your shoes are sticking to the floor. The place looks run down. There’s trash all over the restaurant. The workers look like there dirty and they don’t wear hair nets or gloves. The food was not cooked well. Over all 0/10 this place should close down or get better
Went over to get some food for the family in drive thru. The girl working the window was short with us and sounded like she didn't want to be there, when we pulled up to the window to pay they gave a lot of attitude and it just wasn't a great vibe.I decided to try the milk tea boba, and the boba pearls were rock hard and pretty gross. Idk if they aren't given the tools to soak the pearls or just don't care to, but what I do know is I'm not coming to this jack in the box again.

While grabbing a napkin from the napkin dispenser I could see a roach crawling on the counter. Let the ladies there know about it but no one did anything about it. Food had good flavor, however for a $10 burger I was incredibly disappointed how small they've made them now. Jack in the Box needs to return to their original portion sizes.

Went at night on a Saturday around 8pm. Food was great. 5 stars easily. Hot and delicious. Took a while even though it wasn’t overly busy. Minus one star for the sticky floors and coke machine not working properly. Minus one star for no soap in men’s restroom. How did the men working wash their hands without soap?
