Didn't expect it to taste that good to be honest. Going in on a Sunday was a good call. They had half off on sushi and the wait was literally no time at all around 1:30pm.We decided to try multiple rolls and each one was pretty good. The Crunchyroll was our favorite. The spice was just enough.Service was great. Nice and friendly server. Clean. Bathrooms were clean and the time frame to check out was fast. Loved it. Highly recommend. 5 stars mang!

Pretty good. Enjoyed the service and enjoyed my meal. I recommend the tuna tower but I ordered the salmon nigiri and it was $8 for 2 little pieces of salmon on top rice. Wasn't worth it and it didnt match the picture on the menu. Also ordered the fried soft shell crab and it had a really fishy taste. I have eaten the same things at the South Padre Island location and its not the same as the other location but still I would come back and get the tuna tower and try the harlingen location again.

Waited at the front door for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the wait staff. Waitress finally came and told us it would be at least an hour wait before we could be seated. Horrible wait staff, and attitude.

Two stars for the take-out being ready faster than they predicted. The bill was $29 for an app and entree, and neither were particularly good. The tuna tower was edible, but I could only have a few bites of the orange chicken before I fed it to the dogs. Sorry offering for sushi in the 78552 area.

Food was pretty good service was poor my meal was supposed to come with soup and salad witch I ended having to ask for to witch the waitress responded "oh you the want soup and salad" well yea my 21$ meal was supposed to come with it. Our appetizer came after our food came out then we had to ask for our sushi witch was the first thing we ordered. We weren't checked on much had to flag waitress down to get refills. Took 25 mins after we finished eating to get someone over to get our bill was very impatient by then. Over all terrible experience. Only reason I didn't give one star was because I had a wonderful experience at Konami on south Padre! Will not be going back to the one in Harlingen.

Been here twice and twice it's been disappointing. Poor customer service. The ladies taking your order seem lost the orders are all placed on the front table and they have no number or order placement. No lineup. The chef cooks fried rice after your food is made so when you get your food your food is cold but fried rice is hot. Need better layout. People coming in picking up orders before other people that have been waiting over 45 mins to an hour for just sushi. I do recommend the Texas Roll but get it hot! Ordered Beef lo mein had no beef and no pasta all vegetables!! Also, no need in calling in they never pick up the phone. So you have to come in person. It serves no purpose. Come On! Get it together!!

Great foods , friendly staff but just a tad slow . It would make it a better experience if the server would check back more often as I have to wait to waive them down and then they are slow in bringing the requested item back out. At that time, the restaurant was not that pack .
The waitress Alexis was amazing and was waiting on 2 large groups, 2 doubles and 2 groups of 4 all on her own! She kept calm despite the amount of people and was very attentive hope I get her as my waitress next time I come!

service excellent. miso soup was luke warm at best. broccoli was undercooked and still dripping with the coating. Wouldnt substitute noodles for rice. Wanted hot tea, none in stock. With 2 ordervies and a glass of wine with 2 reasonably priced dinners and tip came to just over $76. I found expensive.

Horrible service! We all got our meals at different times. Literally mine came out an hour after everyone's meals. I didn't get to eat with my family, they packed it up to go. Super rude!

When we arrived here they informed us the hibachi grills were not open due to Covid, but that they could still prepare the food in the back. We were a group of 6, and we're looking forward to that. But we understood and ordered our food.We noticed pretty quick that the wait staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. Clearly they were not trained properly or fully. She was very nice and polite, but did not know the menu, prices, products, or much of anything. She also was not observant when our drinks were empty. It was not a busy night, the restaurant was maybe at half capacity. Our drinks should've been filled fairly quick.Our food came at very random intervals. Our appetizers came out with one person's entree. Then about 10 minutes later the sushi came out. Then about 5 minutes later two more entrees. Then another 10 minutes later another entree. Then we waited another 25 minutes before the last two entrees came, and the other 4 people were already done eating.Lastly the quality of the food. The hibachi order was good except the fried rice. Everyone tried it and agreed it had a very odd flavor, like fermented beans or something. The appetizers and sushi were good. But two of the guests ordered normal entrees (General TSO chicken and Orange Chicken). Both called the chef out because their food tasted like it had been from lunch, it was stale and chewy. The chef apologized and took those meals off the bill, but then complained that they ate any of it before letting him know. He was very upset that they didn't stop eating it immediately. But we were trying really hard to give them the benefit of doubt and just power through. They didn't eat the whole dish, about half, before stopping. My husband got the pad Thai which was not edible at all. I got the coconut curry chicken which had maybe three small chunks of chicken and then a ton of bamboo shoots. Overall food was disappointing as well.Lastly, as we were leaving, they seated a couple at one of their hibachi grills (just as we were), but then came out and started grilling. We mentioned that we were told it was closed and they just brushed us off.I do not recommend this place to anyone for anything!
