It's a small rinky dink place with a long line BUT the line moves super quickly and they have great service! I only bought the conchas and by far the best ones I've ever had in the RGV! They are super soft and fresh and remain that way until the next day (if they last that lone)!
Oh no...our little favorite bakery is going down. I hadn't been in a few months and the difference cannot be overlooked. There was burned bread in the case with a fly. I have bee here many times on my trips to the Valley & it's definitely NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE.

A friend told us about this bakery. It is by far the BEST pan dulce I have ever had…and I’m 60 years old. I was in Olmitos for a visit and for our 3 hour drive home we picked up a few bags. It’s been 5 days now and I put the Pan dulce in my Tupperware container and it’s still soft. They had pan dulce we hadn’t heard of before.
