Called to provide the restaurant a compliment but the manager Javier received my call as if I was a street criminal. He showed no empathy and no phone etiquette. He showed no professionalism and he was using street jargon. The manager I spoke to yesterday was wonderful and very poised and professional. Anyway, the food was delicious!!! I would have given them a 5-Star if it weren't for the manager encounter.
