We have tried to give this McDonalds a chance so many times. Horrible service, and they always get the order wrong. If you have to drive to a father, McDs, please do so and save yourself the frustration.

Ordered 2 iced coffee and a nugget combo. Fries were cold as if they had been out for a for a while. As far a the iced coffees; we were asked to wait. We waited for a while while people came and went and we were left waiting. My husband got off to see what was keeping our order and was kept waiting inside as well. We left with our drinks and when we tasted the they were not sweetend at all.

Worst service! I'm not expecting very much at a fast food place, but even with low expectations this place is terrible. At the drive thru we're asked to drive up and wait for the rest of our order. I had to get off anyway to ask about the order and wait even longer for our coffee drinks. Also, the fries were old and very greasy tasting. We won't stop at this location again.

Today, Saturday - I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich combo to go. The bagel was cold, slathered with mayonnaise, the cheese wasn't melted and I was given no napkins. I also had to drink my coffee black. I wasn't asked about sugar or creamers. I was very disappointed with my order. ?

There needs to help staff members keeping their McDonald's clean.. Don't see why we are going in and cleaning the table and seats before we sit down.. Floors can be moped from time to time. Just a suggestion, their's no pride where one works at..

I give all 5 stars because I have massive respect for a lot of the workers here. I watched maybe 5 people getting upset with their orders and I’m like what do you expect? This is fast food not a 5 star hotel restaurant. Order simple and it comes out fast and right.I didn’t get her name but she’s a manger, sorta tall white woman with an amazing voice and personality just absolutely killing it. I wish I could step behind that counter and just help them out cause they are just doing their best. If your reading this, thank you for being you and you got this! Go team, and thank y’all for always being my to-go spot when I want something quick.

Went through the drive thru and it took them 40 minutes to give me my food. That was only because I got down to ask them where my food was. I only ordered three simple spicy McChickens and a ten piece nuggets, but the worst part was that somebody actually came to the car to deliver an order that was completely different and when told this, they just said "ok" and never came back. Horrible service and will not be returning to this location.
