Music is always way too loud!! Even in the middle of the day and no customers are in there.. the kitchen is no closed which sucks!! There is NO beer not any god ones or decent alcohol… I’m surprised they are still open .. they have nothing to eat and nothing to drink and too loud of music to play on semi okay pool tables.. this place had gone down hill fast! I wouldn’t bother anymore.

The food (when they have it) has gone so down hill. I’m so disappointed in the food. The fish tacos used to be bomb. We’ve came here once and they were out of everything we asked for, we decided to give them one more try and again they were out of everything we wanted. The tables are all bar tables that are very uncomfortable. Our server was very sweet and tried to accommodate but you can’t accommodate when they don’t have anything you requested.

We went here since our local Frankie's in Weslaco was closed. THIS IS NO FRANKIE's, not sure why they use the name. Not sure if the owner part owns this Raices restaurant but the food was awful. My husband got the burger and got sick from it. It had too much of what i think is bacon jam. Nothing to be compared to Frankies burger. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, the menu clearly states its grilled and it came out breaded. The nachos left a lot to desire, and the pizza was very doughy. The place is dark, its more like a bar than a restaurant. Was very disappointed, will nver go again.

Clean exciting dining experience with fresh spirits and modern interior
Been here a couple of times and each time I’ve come I encounter the same poor service. Staff plays too much and who knows what the cook is doing that it takes 2 hours to get your food. NEVER will return. This place NEEDS NEW Management and OWNERS need to pay attention to their business. Sad when their own staff tells you they haven’t been paid or checks constantly bounce. Sad but this place should just close down. Can’t afford to pay your staff!! Shut it down…

If I could give this place an overall ZERO I would. The service and food were HORRIBLE. I would NEVER come back and even think about giving it a second chance. Food took 40 minutes to come to us. I had to cancel my child’s burger because it was taking even longer. The bartenders are just dancing it up not giving a damn about even getting our drink orders right. If you think about trying it out… DON’T. They need a better management team. Get it together.

Okay, it's a Bar, NOT a restaurant. First thing I noticed is the sticky tables and it smells of a bar that needs a deep cleaning and the metal stools are not for extended sitting. We went to see our favorite band and it's a good venue for that but, the pizza was bland, dough was undercooked and tasteless, very little sauce, just embarrassing considering they promote their pizza. Beer was cold but our waitress was clueless. Maybe she was having a bad night, IDK. Luckily another waitress took over and she was on point, thankfully. Bartender under poured the shots, just inexcusable. This was a complete disappointment. We won't be back. Suggestion, just be a bar, with appetizers and do it right and don't cheat customers on the drinks. Oh and check your bill, they added a 20% tip on a party of 2, when asked about it, we were told 'sorry, register does it automatically'. Yeah, right.

Came by for lunch. We ordered the Classic Italian --so good! Waitress/Bartender was really nice and attentive. Was looking for that delicious jalapeno popper burger so next Frankie Flav'z visit will probably be to the Craft Burger House.
Apparently there was some kind of pool tournament going on. The business owner an his him ganged up on the opposing team. Looked vicious. Saw the league Operator come in. She talked to both sides. There is a girl who is cross eyed on the owners team that came over to our table and said “ dam it how I wish I could have gotten them kicked out!” So sad, these people were sitting next to us having a good time. If I’m not mistaken the bar team lost the game. I see nothing but problems going forward from that cross eyed girl!
