Ordered online and paid online for our meal. As I was walking in manager informed us that they were only taking cash due to internet being down. Approached cashier explaining my card had already been charged and I had paid online prior to this encounter. Manager was very rude in explaining and answering our concerns/questions. When asked if the systems go back up and my card is still charged am I able to come back and ask for her assistance manager Patty quickly intervened and said won’t happen with attitude. Won’t be stopping by at this location anymore or referring anyone else due to poor management and horrible customer service.

This has become our favorite Subway to go in town. Quite & clean. The young man on counter does a great job to make those Subs taste better that usual. Today he handled to serve people nonstop for more than one hour. Great Job!

Awesome clean fabulous Subway, the Master Sandwich maker on the 1st bread pick was amazing, she slides the sandwich to the 2nd person who was apparently on training, he proceeds to make such a skimpy sandwich, with small shreds of lettuce, tomato, and peppers( my choice of toppings) I asked him where is the Avocado, that comes with the type of sandwich I ordered, he proceeded to slather 2 teaspoons of mashed avocado on top of the vegetables ( lack of training)….Mr Sandwich Masters, if am going to pay you for an 18.00 dollars sandwich, you better learn how to make an $18.00 dollar sandwich.Lack of training & management, hoping to get a really great $18.00 dollar Subway sandwich value the next timeI go back!

I enjoy going to this location, but today the service was just horrible by the lady who made my sandwich. She simply just brought her negative attitude to work this saturday morning. I know there is an exact portion of veggies there supposed to put on sandwiches/wraps and what ever goes over that portion is charged extra, but this lady barely even put the minimum portion and then raises her voice “that’s going to be extra”. Employees like this need to leave their nasty attitude at home or simply don’t come to work and take a personal day. Definitely not going when this lady is working since she wants to charge me extra for everything.
The sandwich was good but I guess there is still a shortage of certain ingredients. Easy and quick to grab and go.

Super rude experience, very sad. Not going back. Even my 7 year old made awareness of how rude they were. A good teaching lesson for my kids on how not to treat customers. Thank you.
