Can’t say anything about the food. Only one worker working which is the norm. Couldn’t get off the phone long enough to take my order. Left without ordering. Never let anybody say I’m rude to interrupt someone talking on a phone .

Went in for a simple sub. If I had s*** to make sandwich ingredients I would have made my own it would've been better than this s**** The knives they used where dull as hell so it looks like someone cut the Italian bread with a damn chainsaw. After absolutely f****** the bread up and covering it with turkey meat they asked which warm moist a** kind of cheese I wanted. I put cheese on to hopefully patch up the bread. They pulled it out of the toaster and it looked like it spent time on California among the forest fires. I pressed on and asked for simple veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. They got through that fine.When it came time to wrap it up they must've killed my sandwich, because they started giving it chest compressions or something. I've never seen a flatter sub in my life. Don't come here please.

This was so sad, line employee couldn't care less the line was 5 deep at 1pm (late lunch) appeared to have one speed of nutral, because it was so slow it couldn't even of been first gear, to match her smart attitude when asked to take some of the handful of onions off a 6 in sandwich.. The icing on the cake was the manager. I could tell she was the manager due to her walking around with a clip board distracting her poor zombie employee with bizarre statements "" that's where the drawer is getting messed up, between open and close"" ma'am I sure hope you understand of course that is when the problem is occurring.. Also be a better example for your employees and show some team work. Be a leader and lead them. Instead of walking around, with your clip bored asking your line guy "don't you know how to fill up the ice" after he just put out a grease fine, and was then cleaning up after it , while tending to customers and replenishing the lines food. While you walked around still with your clip board, I guess you take inventory of the bottled sodas and candy as well a manage the deli of subway and Chester's chicken??? All of this is just my observation, but wait not just mine but my boyfriends also who was in line at Chester's while I was over at Subaway. I don't like 1 stars, I try to give a benefit of a doubt. But I'm sorry that was just disgraceful beyond counter productive....

Whoever manages this Subway needs to do some serious customer service training.I was not acknowledged upon arrival and the lady and I just stared each other down until she finally asked me what she could get me. Made my wrap, and handed me my food and did not say thank you or have a good day. Didn’t acknowledge me at all except for making my food.In addition, her mask was under her nose.I would not return to this Subway if given the choice.

awful. asked for a subway melt and she kept telling me it only hand ham and cheese on it . then she wouldn't toast it until after she put all the veggies on it which made is gross and limpy. never again.

Good times here. The sandwich artists ask a lot of questions, so if you are a private person you would prefer to send someone else in to do the ordering. They charge extra fir double protein but you can pile the vegetables deep and wide.

To begin with the two older ladies are rude they don't greet the customer. "What do you want" in a nasty tone. I ask her to put salt and pepper on my sandwich she literally poured so much salt I ended throwing the sub away.
