Whoever is behind the mic needs to be professional when speaking, not "what", what did say...what happened to Sir, ma'am..nothing but kids with no manners. Food was quickly seved.
The management and carhops are always super friendly and take care of us. We stop at this Sonic multiple times daily and it has the best Dr Pepper in DFW. I will drive past several Other Sonic locations to get a drink at this location because it is always good and not too syrupy or not too much carbonation. Keep up the great work !

Well service is not good but it appears to be shift oriented.They do fix the order if you're aware and bring it up to management.Sadly this requires double wait time the carhops never comes to your car with extras salt pepper napkins ketchup. just frustrated as I have shopped this chain for oh 59; years. Guess I don't matter anymore.
