MY LAST TIME visiting Dickey's. 17.00 for a brisket sandwich combo. The sandwich was very small for the price. The best thing I can say is that the fries were fresh! I'm over paying high prices for subpar food and portions. I could have a much bigger sandwich and better tasting at a gas station!

Was the most bland and expensive chicken I've ever eaten, with only 6 fries for $4.25

Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order for a Thanksgiving turkey on October 21st, received an order confirmation and when I went to pick it up on the 22nd of November I was informed that they weren't fulfilling the orders and that a refund was issued, which it hadn't been. They didn't have the common courtesy to contact me, either my email or a phone call. This company will never receive my business ever again and being military I will ensure that all my military friends know what kind of shady business they operate and to not spend their hard earned money there. Stay away from this horrible company and especially the Haslet, TX. store

Don’t even think of trying to use the Groupon they offer. I tried to use one on their regular priced items that is posted on their menu, and not on the separate special posted board. Their Groupon is just to get you in the door and then you can’t use it on anything on the menu. SCAM!!!!

They always mess up our order and it is always cold! Never impressed by this overpriced BBQ when there are so many other options

Great bbq but their wings were fried to perfection!Fast and friendly service. The manager gave my son a free ice cream cone while we waited for our food. This is how you get repeat customers

Probably closer to 3.75 stars because it is more order and pickup rather than sit down service. But, the bar b que is really really good. I had a sausage sandwich and it was very good.

Tried to use a Groupon several months ago and was told I couldn't use it because I ordered off the daily menu. Tried them again and bought a $12 food Groupon and ordered something for 11.64. They told me I couldn't use the Groupon because it was below the $12. Total bait and switch. Good pretty good though. We really enjoy all of the other Dickeys locations, but we are 0-5 with bad service every time here. We won't be back to this one, and we live right down the road.

I went to this particular restaurant to order my sons lunch for work since I did not have time to make something today. I've been to Dickey's throughout the DFW area and this is the first time I had an issue like this. I ordered what was on the menu described as the Thursday special: smoked chicken, green beans and a roll for $9.50 x3 which would be around $28.50 without taxes. I was charged $40.78 and that's with the military discount. I was charged for the jalapeño cheddar kielbasa and pulled pork 2 meat plate, Lay's bbq chips x2, Gold peak tea unsweet x1 which was the grand total $13.95 x3 equals $41.85 - the military discount of $4.18 subtotal $37.67 + $3.11 in taxes Total $40.78. That is very disheartening that someone would be deceitful and dishonest. I will never go back to this location and I suggest you take a look at your receipts if you continue to eat there.

We ordered Dickey's Barbecue Pit through DoorDash, and it wasn't as great as we thought it would be. We bought the 2 for $24. Our sides were Barbecue Beans, Asiago Cheese Creamed Spinach, Mac & Cheese, and Waffle Fries. Our bread of choice was Dinner Roll. Our sauces were Spicy Barbecue Sauce and Carolina Barbecue Sauce. The meats we decided on were Brisket Burnt Ends, Pork Burnt Ends, Polish Kielbasa Sausage, and Pork Ribs.Let's start with the sides first -- the barbecue beans didn't have a strong flavor of barbecue. The Asiago Cheese Creamed Spinach was extremely creamy. The Mac & Cheese didn't have a distinct flavor to it, and the Waffle Fries were extremely salty. For the 2 for $24, you receive a total of 2 sauces and dinner rolls. The Dinner Roll was extremely stiff -- it was difficult to take a bite out of. The Spicy Barbecue Sauce was more preffered over the Carolina Barbecue Sauce -- the Carolina Barbecue Sauce had a tangy taste to it, but it wasn't good.Out of all of the meats we had, the Pork Burnt Ends were probably the best -- I say probably because even though it was good, all of the meats was extremely salty. Surprise to say that I will not be returning to Dickey's Barbecue Pit. Everything, with the exception of their Dinner Roll, was salty; however, their Dinner Roll was stiff and tough like a rock so nothing was really worth our money here.
