Great food. The jalapeno poppers and carrot cake were some of the best I have had. The meat in the smash burger was done perfectly. The ribeye tacos were really good. Everyone liked their food except the bologna sandwich which was very salty.
You would never guess this place is in such a small town. I catch live music every so often and the food is amazing.

Second time to come for the first time 15 minutes before someone spoke to us. The second time was sitting for 18 minutes, and 4 different servers walked by and said nothing. I really doubt I'll be back for a third time.

We drove over from Mineola to give Red Roosters a try. They were busy and there was a wait. We waited 30 mins and when a table finally became available, they gave it to the party of 6 that came in 20 mins after us. Very rude. Wasted an hour and 15 mins of our time. Very upsetting!

Great place in the middle of nearly no- where. This place fits in here or Austin, great music and foodTacos. Great. Bologna sandwich. Great. Mac n cheese burger makes you feel like a kid. Oktoberfest size steins of Shiner beer. MmmmmmParking is a little tight, outdoor seating in warmer weather, reasonable prices.

Great menus. My girl ordered ahi tuna and loved it. I had a burger that was good, one night there was karaoke, another a band, lots of people and a good time to be had by all.
Quality food at a great price. Being there on a karaoke night explains the difficult parking and mis-timed service, but the servers were A+, and the small town Texas atmosphere was genuine.
