Staff is completely overwhelmed and not well trained. Counter person had no idea what was on anything. Water, all tea containers were empty and in the 40 minutes we were there, they never refilled even though 10 people were asking. If they can’t find or afford to staff properly, don’t be open. It only turns customers off. We won’t be back.
