They must have made my shake and blizzard right away. After I waited 20 min for food I got a watery shake and a sad looking blizzard. Food was good but I'll never eat here again.

This place is horrible. Do not come here. The entire staff, including management, is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve given this place multiple try’s and every time they disappoint. I understand any work place comes with their fair share of annoyances, and every one has bad days, however at the end of the day, you chose to work there, and you are free to leave at anytime if you are so miserable. Don’t be rude to customers coming in just because you feel like it. Be better, and at the very least have manners.

I was hoping the manager would be able to allow me to use a reward I had through the app, and I explained that I absolutely did not use the reward yet, and I don't understand why she didn't just make an exception for me. Very disappointed.

Looking at some older reviews it seems that this location has not changed much. I placed an order at 7:46 and did not get it until about 8:10 and this was after I went up and checked on the order. They made no attempt to call my order number or come out and check if I had even received my food. Between 2 meals and 2 mini Blizzards dropping about $31, this is ridiculous service.

They need to close this place down or change management because they don't seem to care if you wait 30 mins plus in the drive thru. It's like they given up and the ice cream is sloppy. I'm surprised they had the lobby open when they had it shut down for the longest time and they were still slow. Avoid this place if you can. Corporate seems like it doesn't care.

This is the worst dairy queen, hands down. I've been in Helotes for 5 years, and every time I stop to give it another chance, I remember why I don't stop. The wait, the service, the food is all terrible. Get a better manager and hire more people, please!

One day I went (I work in the area) and wanted a dip cone and the guy hands me the messy cone with the chocolate all over the place.Next time I go I get in the drive through at 730pmTell me why I got out of that place at 805pm????I got one taco that looked so good on the board some spicy taco. And a small burger. ??? nasty!!! The taco was nothing like the picture not even close!! Won’t ever stop there again
