The service was terrible, had my order messed up twice. Would not recommend coming here. The person in the drive-through even laughed about it. How do you even mess up a plain bagel?

Used points to get an order and they ended up confusing the coupons in the drive thru, and improperly used them, not allowing me to get my food. Had to go inside where they randomly just handed the food to me over the counter.

Was treated terribly by a chronic mumbler, who refuse to speak up to a volume that shorted me donuts and their excuse was we were busy don’t here and don’t get the chronic mumbler with the curly brown hair, and shave sides. He is terrible he can’t even count to 12 he stops at 11!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It never has items in stock, such as orange juice, turkey sausage or basic donuts. We ordered DoorDash and half the order was not included. When we called they said they gave the full order to the female that picked up the other. That's a lie it was a male. Get it together

Everything I tried to order they were out of so it is not worth trying to visit this place. I couldn't even get a damn hot chocolate ?? like seriously?? I bet if I asked for a cup of water they wouldn't have it either.. this is a damn shame.. please get it together..
If there is ZERO star that’s what this location is. We walked in stood there with NO acknowledgement at all. It wasn’t even busy. 4 employees that I stood in front of. Very poor customer service. Train your people to at least say “good morning”. Not spending my money here. Too bad I didn’t get to taste the food I don’t even wanna imagine what that tastes like. ??

I don’t know how this location is still open. The management team has zero capacity to properly place orders to keep them stocked up. I’ve been here at least 20 times and over half they were out of something. Then they don’t carry hot chocolate at all because “nobody orders it”…probably because they don’t buy it to be ordered. Better to drive a bit to ANY other location who has a full menu. I just made the mistake of trying again today.

Bravo to this Dunkin’ Donuts location for helping Americans lose weight and fight diabetes by not filling their iced lattes to the top when customers ask for very light ice! Yes, the person taking my order did tell me when I placed the order that they would not fill it to the top when I asked for very light ice, but is this how they think they are going to save a few pennies in this tough economy? I wonder how much of this product they throw away at the end of the day anyways. Plus they gave us a single napkin for three different food items we ordered.

It’s a good location and staff. However it’s really weird they only had 3 flavors of donuts. They have 8 trays where they display the donuts and only one tray had donuts. And was half empty….

My family and I have been going to dunkin for years, this location is by far the best i’ve been to. The staff is very well mannered and fast paced. I have seen a huge difference in this store from previous years. The customer service is fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!
