I have had good service and poor service - this Starbucks is the first to give me no service - they turned away my cash, stated they do not take US currency. So my order was left at the drive thru as they refused my legal tender. This is absurd .

The guy that was working the window was very rude, he closed the window in my face as I was asking a question and then wouldn’t come back to the window he left me sitting there until finally another lady came and helped with my question. But he was also rude to me the second I pulled up. Will not be back to this location again as this is not the first time they were rude and snappy.

OMG! I came here at least three out of the 5 days I was in town lol and every single time I was greeted with the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from ANY Starbucks I have ever been to! Those young ladies in the morning are AWESOME! I am NOT a morning person! AT ALL lol. But I couldn’t help but smile every time I came to place my order! I mean they really help you have a “good morning”! So thank you so much ladies for making my cold and dark mornings a little brighter!

The worst coffee experience. Go literally any where else. Our order is wrong every time and then when we say something we are lied to and told that that's just how the drink is supposed to come. I have been lied to and told that the same drink is supposed to be three different ways. Dani is unprofessional.

I have been through this Starbucks drive thru several times, the customer service is always terrible. They are always rude. Today I went to the drive thru and I felt very rushed by the barista. The manager was very rude as well and was raising her voice and would say mean comments like “you need to make a decision, you are holding up the line” , will most definitely never go back there , they lost a loyal customer

You walk in and they don't greet anyone. The employees just look at you like, you don't belong in there. The machines are not calibrated. You don't taste coffee, it is very weak. Like water. I will drive an hour away to get some real coffee.

Just started coming here in the last 3 months and I am hooked !! This is the BEST Starbucks that I have ever been too! The espresso always tastes great.. not bitter at all like many of the other Starbucks I have been too.. the drinks are always made to perfection and beautiful! Super friendly helpful staff my go too every day when I'm in town! They are always clean .. the seating is super comfortable.. I'm super delighted that they are here and are GREAT!! Thabk you whoever manages this STARBUCKS you guys are killin it!!
