My food was good and the service was friendly and attentive. The place overall has a good feel. I didn't go during average lunch hours so it was more casual and quiet. However, they serve alcohol, but didn't have a bartender who could make the drink requested. Which is not really that big of deal. After all they do have some pretty good sweet tea. The restaurant was bright and busy, but we barely had to wait for a table. Our server was friendly and attentive. I like that each person gets their own bowls of salsa. I ordered the shrimp bowl off their new menu. It was delicious and spicy. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed the mix of veggies with the melty cheese and rice base. I would definitely order it again. The restaurant is decorated with bright colors, and it makes the entire place feel cheerful.
