The concensus is right, no more than 2 stars. I have 3 boys, who always want pizza. So this place got a lot of my business. Unfortunately, EXTREMELY inconsistent with quality and policy. 2 specific employees (one being the GM) stated they cannot "lite bake" bread sticks. I only started ordering it that way, cuz 1: they are always burnt AF and you get 4 good sticks from 12 and 2: their customer service number to order ASKS YOU HOW YOU WANT IT BAKED? LITE BAKE OR REG. BAKE. I wouldn't mind if it was always "no- we cant do that." Good luck to this place, hope it fixes itself.

SEX OFFENDER DELIVERING PIZZA FOR PAPA JOHN'S IN WOODWAY!!!
On Monday I ordered a pizza for my grandson, daughters and myself from PAPA JOHNS. The delivery guy called me from his phone because he was having difficulty finding my building. I met himoutside and in conversation he mentioned that he had a list of all the surrounding apartment gate codes. 5 min after he left he sent me a friend request. I had not introduced myself to him. He used the info from my PAPA JOHN'S order to look me up. This concerned me enough to look up his name and it turns out that he IS a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. In 2007 he sexually assaulted a 13 year old! At nearly midnight that same night he attempted to inbox me. After speaking with the AREA MANAGER for PAPA JOHN'S she informed me that they are a "second chance employer". She has been unable to tell me what crimes are considered for second chance employment! With it being summer time and we have kids at home please note that the person that delivers your pizza from PAPA JOHN'S could be a registered sex offender and your kids are at risk!!!! This has caused fear for myself and my daughters as this guy now has my phone number, my address and my security gate code!!!!

Ordered pizza to be delivered to Homewood suites. They never delivered in the alloted time. Called them they said would be here in 10 mins they had two deliveries. Checked app it said pizza was delivered, I called back they said they knocked on the door and called. We were staying at a hotel they are not allowed past front desk and they never came. Finally after 1.5 hours I asked to have ordered canceled. Horrible customer service and no apologies. Don't order from them. Hotel said they had previous order that had raw food. Avoid at all cost.

Fifty dollars for two tiny, disgusting pizzas? We ordered two heart-shaped pizzas. They were $25 apiece and the size of a personal pizza. (We get about four times the amount of pizza from Slowrise, Little Caesars, Morosos, Marcos, and others). The crust was burned on both of them. The toppings were gross.I've never had a worse pizza or paid that much. Papa Johns took advantage of us and price gouged us. My family will never order Papa Johns from any location for the rest of our lives. This was a horrible experience that I will never forget.
This particular papa johns is run by a bunch of wild kids... The few times I've been in I was shocked by how rambunctious the workers were. Once two of the counter workers were rolling around on the ground tustling, with flour all on their clothes; they did stop after a moment when they took notice to me waiting there to speak with someone. I honestly wouldnt trust that bunch to be courteous, make the food properly, or most of all be clean.Note - I'm a 22 year old guy, not some older karen type of person. They were this bad for me to feel the need to warn people lol

Fifty dollars for two tiny, disgusting pizzas? We ordered two heart-shaped pizzas. They were $25 apiece and the size of a personal pizza. We get about four times the amount of pizza from other places like Slowrise, Little Caesars, Morosos, and Marcos.
The crust was burned on both of them, and they were somehow not warm. The toppings were gross. I've never had a worse pizza or paid that much for so little. It feels like Papa Johns took advantage of us and price gouged us.
My family will never order Papa Johns from any location for the rest of our lives. This was a horrible experience that I will never forget.
