Service was slow, unfriendly, and employees didn't communicate well. They had limited communication skills, and they were unable to explain menu items or communicate when they over-charged us. Portions were mediocre and over-priced compared to local competion. All employees seemed uninterested in providing professional customer service. Most spent the time during our visit communicating with each other or on their phones. This was a second chance for them to earn our business. We only chose to do this because our Vietnamese favorite is closed on Tuesdays. We won't be back. Very disappointed indeed.
