May2024: 3: I visited this restaurant today during the early afternoon. The outside parking areas were decent and there were handicap parking spots available in front of the restaurant. My spouse selected the location as a result of throwing a dart at a board to select the location. We settled on the location after looking it up online to determine what type of restaurant it was and the type of food served. We entered the restaurant front door and we were immediately greeted by the front desk hostess. We were seated outside in the plaza area. The server came over and took our drink orders. She returned soon after with chips and salsa. We gave her the order we selected. The food selections arrived quickly and were still hot when delivered to the table. The chicken enchiladas were pretty good, but the black beans were not good. The beef entree was lacking in taste. The entree contained a lot of onions, too many on top and inside for my taste. The entree contained mostly refried beans inside with about two ounces of low quality fatty beef pieces. This selection, I think Steak Dirty Bob is a failure.

Really good service. Food was meh. Not bad, but not as good as most. Inside dining was loud. Maybe I'm just a curmudgeonly old man, but the kids seemed to have a good time. The service really was above average. Ya know what? Great service! Upgrading to 4 stars.

I've lived in this area for over 10 years and have been to this location many times but I will never come back! We had the worst service tonight. My 22 year old daughter tried to order a drink but didn't have her ID. She has a photo of it which she offered to show the waitress but was told no that doesn't count. We then told the waitress that we are her parents and she is over 21, and she still said no. Then I ordered a drink for myself and after a different lady, maybe a manager, brought it over my daughter took a sip. The manager actually ran back over to our table and told my daughter to stop drinking it unless she could show an ID. She claimed every customer needed a valid ID to drink (but she didn't ID me). My daughter has come here a few times since being 21 and was not asked for ID before. We sent my drink back because we were so annoyed. Our food took forever to come to the table and the manager never apologized for her rude attitude. Very disappointed in Blue Goose and the management!

The veggie fajitas had onions, mushrooms, peppers and gigantic tomato pieces - NO zucchini or squash of any kind. Not really veggie fajitas. Our waitress was so busy with a large table, I felt ignored. She was very nice, however.

Delicious Top Shelf Queso. I am now a fan with one visit! Dropped in on an afternoon and was delighted to be there between crowd times. Sat at bar, tried the best appetizers ever. Salsa is perfect, thin chips that were flavorful but did not fill you up fast, leaving room for the food. Ordered the Too Shelf Queso that was so good I ate it all! And this was large bowl for sharing. Frozen margaritas very good but I would have preferred more alcohol, who wouldn't? I will try fajitas next visit, they looked amazing!

Blue Goose has great margs and nachos! I got the pineapple jalapeño margarita and it was great! The nachos were delish and I love when they top each individual chip! This is a great spot in Highland Village Shops to grab a tasty margarita and an appetizer!

Love this place. The mesquite grill is awesome. Staff is always friendly especially the tortilla makers who are super nice to our kids while they watch them being made. Best fajitas in the area.

AMAZING!! We are Mexican cuisine snobs. Very picky. Have to say this place was over the top in all areas. Margaritas were insane. My husband's fajitas were just as tender. The beef and chicken was able to be cut with side of fork. The beans and rice were so authentic tasting. Can't wait to go back. Our server Trever was spot on. Best we've had in this area. We will definitely be back soon.

Food was delicious,orderd the chicken quesadilla . It was the best quesadilla I ever had so far. Bartender was friendly and offered great service . Atmosphere was cozy and outgoing. Also,was clean and nice. Nicely decorated. Even has an outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful days and nights. Will stop by sometime again,when in Flower Mound or the AMC movies at Highland. .Parking: If outlet is busy you will need to take a few extra minutes for parking and walk.
