“They finally stopped making their bacon so greasy it was a challenge to eat. They can make it dry and crispy now if you ask. Now, if I can just get a decent cup of coffee here. It's always cold or warm. Too strong and bitter. All the things I don't want in coffee. Never fails either. No matter when I go, terrible, warm coffee. But the food is great, as is the staff.“

“A very quaint sub shop that bases it's atmosphere around the history of New York. Kind of an odd ball when considering it's location, but the food is excellent, the service is of the highest quality, and it's actually pretty cool to experience art and history that's culturally significant to another place while enjoying a sub. Prices are very fair. I was almost surprised to see a reasonable bill the first time I went. My only real complaint is entirely personal preference and that is that the Cajun style sub doesn't remind me of Cajun food in the slightest. It's still a great sub by itself, but it's very lightly seasoned and not spicy as most folks tend to associate with Cajun food. Overall, it's kind of hard to do better than New York Sub-Way when you're looking for a sub.“

The interior is great, and I know I’m supporting a local business.Pros: cheap, fast, and pretty good taste wise just have to find what you like. “The best grilled steak sandwich I’ve found. The portion size is substantial on the smaller size. The service accepts requested variations from the normal way of prep. I enjoy the Big Kahuna made with cheese that is not melted on the grill but on top of lettuce and tomatoes which I add with salt & pepper. I enjoy all the standard vegetables but generally there are too many jalapeños for my taste. The restroom is clean. The only thing that lessens the experience is Diet Pepsi as the only diet soft drink“

“I want to say that the associates are amazing! Last night we ordered a meal for delivery (DoorDash) but there were a lot of bad experiences including missing food. So we received two free meals which we redeemed today for lunch. The managers responded really quickly and immediately assisted us.We ordered two meals: the club wrap with steamed broccoli and the peach lemonade; the kids ham and cheese toastie meal with a fruit cup and original lemonade. The lemonade was amazing, sweet and a little tart but not overwhelming. My kiddo ate almost all their food and that is a miracle. The fruit looked fresh.The club wrap was delicious with a tangy mustard/mayo combination to help carry the other flavors. “So the lady working was just awesome I was a little cold and when I mentioned it to her without hesitation she went and adjusted the temperature to make me comfortable even though I'm sure she was hot cause she was in the back working. “Just a little hole on the wall late at night around 12pm. We probably changed our order bout 3 times yet the cashier was still happy and smiling. We could hear them talking and having a blast at work. Very happy people for that time of the night. Our food was great. “Both of the women working this day were so friendly and accommodating. We were on a road trip, stopped to get lunch and dinner for the road so we wouldn’t have to stop. Before we could ask they wanted to know how we wanted them wrapped to eat at 2 different times, offered to put my avocado in a separate container so the bread didn’t get soggy, toasted 1/2 of mine. You never know what you’ll get at a fast food place. On this day the girls went out of their way to make us happy and then wishes us well on our way out.“

“Ok, ok, ok... I know. I swore I wouldn't come back here based on the last time I'd been in.. but, my hubby said they'd turned it around - not so chintzy on the toppings. We walked in at 11am and were the only customers at the time. They've definitely improved the menu since the latest round of commercials that have been aired. The two cheerful ladies making our sammiches were very nice. I settled on a good ol' veggie 6" on wheat. I love pepper jack cheese so I asked for double cheese, toasted. Then, double the spinach, cucumber, new type of thicker sliced dill pickle chips, banana peppers, red onion, S&P and the Parmesan vinaigrette. They had some new Ms. V's Spicy Dill Pickle potato chips too so I grabbed those. Then, filled my cup with Vitamin Water. They've definitely added high tops, a bar along the wall and a few booths for seating. As we unwrapped our sammies, I was shocked. They were chock full of quality ingredients. It is a sammich, but it should be a big, salad on bread IMO. I happily got to work demolishing it - occasionally pausing to shove a crunchy chip inside the sammich for extra texture. I normally do not care for sammies but this one was good! I'll investigate again in the next month to see if they keep up the Q in Quality and report back. What do you think? Go there. Get some. Life is too short for boring food!“
