Like another reviewer said, this is the worst location I have ever experienced and I've been to MANY Cheesecake Factory locations. The staff is rude. They are out of items often and no one can answer for why or when they will restock. When I have tried to call, no one knows anything, and just keeps transferring you to the next apathetic, disinterested, and clueless person. Everyone seems unhappy to be there. The food taste and portion size is often not up to CF standards. I was so excited to have a location closer to home, but I am going to have to switch back to the Southlake location, where I had nothing but good experiences.

Everything was fine, it was just what I expected it to be. I went to about 20 years ago in Los Angeles, and this one seems to remind me of that. I got chicken enchiladas and my table mate got Shepherd's pie. We both got dessert. The bread was outstanding

Our waitress was great but the kitchen was insanely slow. I used to go to a CF in Houston when I used to travel for work and always loved it. This was my wife's first experience at one. She ordered a hamburger and it was way undercooked. They did do another one for her but she didn't care for it. We probably won't go back. The cheesecake is to die for, however.

My order was wrong again (3rd time this has happend). Missing items from my order again, so I had to drive back to the restaurant to return home to cold food (2nd time this has occured on a carry out order). Unapologetic and indifferent staff.

The fact that they reserve the front 8 parking spots for To-Go orders says everything about how they value their dining customers. Add to that a server who is just too chatty with the other table to even acknowledge that we were sitting there for an uncomfortable period of time and what you have is a poor dining experience. Restaurants need to understand that if they are going to charge these insane prices... they must make people feel good about coming to their restaurant. This CF location fails miserably at that.Parking: This entire center seems obsessed with reserving far too many spaces for To-Go. It is to the point where customers can't park. We have learned to avoid this shopping center all together because of that.

Take your money elsewhere! The most disappointing service ever! This place is the worst dining experience I have had n the last 25 years. I will never recommend or try another Cheesecake Factory. Overpriced disappointment

I'd never been to a Cheesecake Factory before. Dakota's service was great but I asked for no mushrooms on my Chicken piccata because I'm allergic. I got home and the chicken was covered with them. I wound up spending a ton of money on a delivery service.

Cannot handle large groups 8 or more. Waited almost 3 hrs to be seated while smaller groups were immediately seated. Took another hour to get our food after ordering. Tried to buy entire cheesecake to eat there. Manager refused wanted us to buy individual pieces, more money? This was abirthday party which was completely ruined. Terrible experience.

1st time at this location and experienced great service from Cam W who was very attentive, professional and fast. We will return again due to his service and was a good 1st impression.Everything else was the standard Cheesecake Factory expectations which include a big menu, nice decor and large dinning area. Only feedback get there early and avoid weekends for now until it dies down.

It was my first time at the cheesecake factory the food was better than average but the service person we had was nice but made a lot of mistakes with our order and only came back to give us our bill. They didn't ask to refill our drinks it was like what do you want to eat and here's your bill.

Wow! Went on a whim for a birthday treat with my family (small party of 3 adults one child). The group at the hostess stand was absolutely sweet! The wait was estimated 15 min but ended up being only 3 minutes! The server we had was so sweet and made sure to work with all our modifications on our orders (a picky kid, a pregnant lady, and a sick elderly). Had a non-alcoholic minty fruit drink, it was so good! Bartender was grinding out orders like crazy for the whole place, and fast at it! The cheesecake seems expensive but then we saw the portion and two slices was too much for all 4 of us!! And that peanut butter chocolate one was PERFECT ! Such an odd menu with soooo many choice. A burger, a salad, a kids sliders meal, and an orange chicken? What a weird combo yet they pulled it off! Most surprising though was with the orange chicken was a kimichi side that was AWESOME! Good spice, not too fishy (unlike some places). Definitely coming back for the next family birthday!
