Went today to get my typical sandwich only to find they have discontinued many of the items that I enjoy on it. No more Swiss Cheese, Black Olives are gone and the pickles have changed they look an unnatural color and do not taste good at all. Will not be back.

After several disappointing trips to this location I am done. The food is mediocre at best seeing that it's a sandwich chain. This is to be expected from an establishment such as this. I'm not here to bash the food. It's Subway so I never expect anything outstanding from a fast food chain. It's the service. Terrible. First few visits I was helped by a young girl and she was so nice. I was ordering through the app so I could take my food for graveyard shift. My coworkers love the cookies. So I started ordering a few dozen. I usually picked up around 4:30pm so you might think they would have cookies ready for the evening customers. Nope. I was lucky to get pretty much whatever they actually had on hand. This nice young lady said it took about half an hour to prep and bake cookies. Now if you knew that a customer was coming in several times a week for a couple sandwiches and cookies wouldn't you bake some cookies?! Nope. So I tried ordering earlier with a set pick up time. Still no cookies. My last attempt I gave an hour notice for pick up. I got the cookies but they weren't fresh. If you're looking for an overpriced mediocre sandwich with no extras? This is your place. Most of the staff simply don't care and their attitude shows it. This last order was placed an hour ahead. Walk in and the only thing ready is the sandwich. No chips, drink and none of the all important cookies. I was ready to walk out as they insisted on helping the people coming in to order instead of filling my order that had been placed an hour earlier.

I ordered pickup today and when I got home with the sandwich I saw that it had no tomatoes or pickles on it. I called the store to se did they happened to be out of tomatoes and pickles and the associate responded with “my manager isn’t here right now” I repeated my question and then was hung up on.Just the day before (6/30) I ordered online as well, got to the store and my order was no ready, the girl working the line was too busy flirting with the man in front of me to even acknowledge I was there. Then once she finally made my sandwich she slapped it together with absolutely zero care.I wouldn’t recommend this subway AT ALL. Just drive into Crosby and go to one of those locations. Much better customer service there anyways.

Came in for lunch for first time cause I'm working out here. The 3 ladies up front were very Professional and everything was nice and clean and in order. Fresh cookies and bread. We couldn't believe how clean it was. This makes my subway back look bad. Keep up the amazing work. Forsure will be back
I don’t know if they have new management or what, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here, something has been wrong on every sandwich. I call up there to have it corrected and I’m treated rudely. I’m done spending money at the Highlands location.

I love this location!!! They always make the food the right way and have a wonderful attitude! I have had some bad experiences with the Subways in Crosby - if I can I prefer to eat from this one!! Y’all keep up the amazing work!!

I come here quit often due to the fact that it's the closest, but with that said, when we come and always spend more than $50 or $60 on food, and ask for extra stuff to go onto the sandwiches, it shouldn't be an argument from the employee, I even always say I will pay extra for the extra stuff!! We should not have to go to the store and buy more stuff to put onto our sandwich because the employee only wants to put like 3 olives or 3 bell peppers, this is becoming ridiculous, it started to get better and now it's going back to the same way that it was!! If this continues I can promise my business will be lost here and I will go spend my money elsewhere!!

These chicks are AWESOME on 12-2-22 10 pm we had dinner and a show. Starring the amazing Ms. Amber. This girl was FUNNY, a mix of Mitch Hedberg and George Carlin. Kept us on our toes with laugh after laugh. Give these girls a RAISE!!!! And Amber a 1hr special!!
