Never get order right and quick to say I didn't charge you! Isn't "hot n ready" imply you'll get it right away!!!and that girl so rude. I will never be going back again!!!! Gonna try the one on Eastlake hope it's better!!!

Unprofessional and rude staff. The drive thru speaker wasn’t working so when I called them to inquire about it the gentleman that answered seemed bothered about the call. When I pulled up to the window he just opened it and stared at me and as I was telling him what the name was for the order he started walking away! I placed my order online for 10:00 AM and they said that my order wasn’t set until 11:00, even after having a confirmation. The pizza took and while to come out (around 20 min or so) and the middle was raw!Only 5 star “⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ “ ratings get a response from the owner when there is no effort to address the concerns of 1 or 2 star customers. This shows the lack of commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction.There’s no need for treating people so rudely when you’re just trying to pick a pizza up. It’s 10:00 AM, it’s not that deep ? A little respect goes a long way.

It is no longer the pizza from when they first started, we always eat from there not because I buy but because we have to go to places where they offer us litter pizza and my children and I get sick to our stomach.

Last month on 12/22/23 I went to this store and missed the speaker with no customers behind me and when I pulled up to the window the guy working the window made me drive all around back to the speaker to order. Today 1/28 my wife went for pizza and had her waiting 40 minutes parked for 2
This specific little Caesars in horizon is definitely not what it was. The workers have you waiting without attending nor questions anyone for their service when we walk in. You see them all on their phones, standing around. The food is not ready as the ETA. You're waiting 45mins if not more. Going to start ordering from Peter Piper because of this service

I think the lady charged me wrong for 2 classic pizzas or she is keeping some of the money. The 2 pizzas was 19.89. This location is in Horizon. I’m in Eastlake location right now and I just payed 15.00 for 2 classic

The food here is way overpriced for something that's supposed to be budget friendly. The lady that took my order was very unfriendly in her attitude. I placed a simple order and ended up watching 4 other customers come and go with their orders. I didn't even get to place my request for the drink preference before she asked me to pull around the front. In addition, one of the pizzas was waiting there for a while because it was overcooked. Please don't bother coming here unless you want to pay to be treated as an inconvenience.
