I like how my review was deleted.They messed up my 20 order of tangasaurus and garlic Parmesan traditional with 1 ranch and instead gave me cajun and hot ?. The manager came out and asked me what we asked for originally and I told them it okay with hot but not Cajun. So he told me we can keep the Cajun free and they will bring out garlic parm out. But I look at the updated receipt and I see he didn’t add that nasty sauce for free and charged me an orange soda and extra ranch for it ? last time I will be there.

Online it did not specify the bone in wings are breaded. When I picked up my order and noticed they were breaded I asked management to change my order to naked due to online not allowing you to ask for bread or no bread. Management said there was nothing they could do. Almost $50 on wings I can’t eat due to they being breaded. The girl was nice but management could have done better. It’s not my fault online does not specify. Never coming back.

Order to go 3 meals .my burger I order suppose to be well done well it almost rare in the middle made me. Sick.i can't eat rare meat..thanks spend over 50$ for something rare.

Food and service were on point today, also shout out to the floor manger guy who was checking on tables. We forgot our left overs and when we went back to get them they had been thrown out. he was kind enough to get us a few more strips even though we said it was ok as it was our fault. ?? nice to see employees going above and beyond. Very disappointed in the service of this restaurant! Unironically I know that what just happened to me, Patrick, the regional manager, wouldn't approve of this behavior or lack of professionalism. I just placed an uber eats order and the girls working there tonight, without labeling or checking the order, gave the wrong order to the uber driver and allowed him to walk off and bring me a severly wrong order. Then when I call I get funny girl who picks up the line and keeps repeating "I know what you did last summer" over and over until they just hung up on me. I thought I dialed the wrong number until I saw that even Google had it listed as Eastlake Wing Daddy's, if this is the type of characters in your store than it is a true testament to the leadership and women who you have working here, who are there to take money by the hour and mistreat customers they just severely inconvenienced. This is unacceptable and I usually don't go off like this, but someone who can play phone games and then hang up on you after making you play thise stupid games would be enough to ruin anyone's day! I hope there are repercussions for this sort of behavior otherwise Wing Daddy's just let me down, BIG. TIME.P.s. ordered fried pickles, funky fries with no sour cream, 5 straps, 8 bites, you tell me if what I got was anything close to that. Simply looking at the order before handing it off would've saved these ladies and my driver plenty of trouble!

Was there for the chicken strip special….Great service seated right away our server was very professional and courteous from start to finish and checked our table for anything we needed….the strips were delicious. Also glad to see this business still have employees that speak Spanish unlike other places…great job to whoever is in charge will definitely be back…

Oh boy, when I tell you that this was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life. Visited yesterday with friends. The servers were clearly annoyed with any kind of request you would make. There was this girl with red hair who had a really bad attitude. The server hardly even showed up to attend to us on drink refills. The food was enjoyable for sure, but expect for the service to be non-existent. You're better off just getting your food to go. It took a long time for the server to give us our check. She eventually picked up our cards, only to go to another table and drop my card in front of another customer. My understanding is that our cards are supposed to be rung up first before attending to another customer, right? Well, not even that. It took a whole 20-30 minutes for us to get rung up. Don't waste your time here. Just get your food to go. This was just ridiculous and embarrassing for the business.
