The foods are out- of- this-world delicious and no prep! 1-2 minutes in microwave and breakfast /lunch/dinner is served. What a treat!

While subscribed during only a 2 month period, I’ve been double charged 2 times and delivered the incorrect items 2 times. The customer service only resolution is that I check to see if they are delivering me different items by following up with them on Wednesday afternoon every week to see if there is an error. It’s not in my interest to play babysitter for meals that run $12-13 per.
Ordered a holiday meal package for my mom and other residents at a medical boarding house for Christmas. Ordering was simple and delivery seamless. My mom said the food was delicious. It was a great option for a healthy and nutritious meal. Since I coordinated all arrangements from out of town, it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend. Will definitely order from them again.

So far so good. I absolutely hate cooking and grocery shopping. I'm working out which defeats the purpose because I don't eat enough. Plus I have a kid and most meal prep spots are sooo expensive and don't think about the family only the individual. I googled meal prep spots and can't across Pro meals. My daughter and I are impressed. So far I've tried the swai fish and shrimp tacos. They were so yummy! Before I placed my order I called and had a ton of questions and the customer service was great. My food was delivered the next day, late in the day but it's cool. I now know to order food for at least half the day I expect my delivery so we're not hungry. Next day local driver is up to 8pm. I highly recommend.

The food taste seemed to all blend together when we reheat. Customer support was very difficult. Not sure why they offer an email or text option when it just says to call. I called to cancel and they said I still have 2 more shipments I cannot cancel for the subscription due to cutoff dates. 2 of the meals when arrived the packaging was broken open and made a complete mess in the cooler. Cancelled and trying something local so we don’t also have the delays in shipping through FedEx. Food was ok but not good enough to have shipped in from Houston.We also ordered because they claim to ship fresh foods. Well the second shipment arrived completely frozen. Another reason we cancelled.
