The food is absolutely delicious, and some of the staff are truly amazing. BUT one of the ladies who works there is rude. She rung my order up incorrectly and then argued with me that I never said the correct order and then charged me for four waters instead of one. I stayed calmed the entire time and when trying to talk to her she yells out "Jesus Christ", I was just confused why the bill was almost $20 when the individual Shawarma wasn't even $10. I told her it was fine, I would get the one she rung up, and they still gave me the wrong order. Different from what I ordered and what she said she rung up. I love their food but I hate bad service. If you can handle the attitude the food is delicious.

I wish I read reviews before going here! I’ve been thinking of trying this place out, went in and and the girl taking my order seemed like she didn’t wanted to take my order, placed my order and sat to wait, another customer came in and they immediately help her, they did her order before me although we order the same a thing, a chicken shawarma, I guess Mexicans aren’t welcome at this place, the food was not even that good to justify the horrible service, I’ll never go to this place again!!!!

AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD!! first time eating here and i will honestly say this place serves DELICIOUS FOOD! i received amazing customer service from a tall dreadhead black guy named Eman, he is very good at what he does. Annie made my food, ask for her, AMAZING! THANK YOU!!+ i would like to add, they make there food FRESH! so the wait time will be longer than expected so be prepared, but sooo worth it!

Fires the whole crew especially the girl! literally just sitting around talking showing each other stuff on their phones while customers are waiting, there way too many people in that open concept kitchen for people to have to wait 20mins plus for preordered food! Will never pick up from here again. Idgaf about a response either, customer service is trash !

omooo na the best naija shawarma spot be this.. they even get zobo and chapmann. I no even know say we get naija shawarma for houston but na for here me and my guys dey chop

I came here a year ago and the shawarma was to die for.Back in town for a few weeks , and for some reason the savory taste wasn’t there ??♀️. Idk if the hotdog was beef before and now pork. I saw more oil in my food , less of the shawarma sauce.

I normally order from this restaurant even though we are like 1hour away. I did place an order today 1/16/2024 and called the customer service immediately that the Nkwobi that I bought last time which was last was totally bones. I have a picture and videos and I choose not to make an official complain but they should please not sell me bones this time around. I got an attitude from the female customer service very rude staff Naija will always be so unprofessional the westheimer location to be precised but I still said thank you after our conversation. Guess what they choose to sell me to total bones this time around asif they got angry that I called to make a complain. I will never buy from you guys anymore. Nigerians will always have the 419 way of cheating their people.. I will take my hundreds of purchase weekly somewhere else and never recommend. Terrible people. Picture includes bones in the foil paper and so-called Nkwobi in the plates.
