I came here for dinner one night with a friend and what a hit this place was! Casual, yet trendy atmosphere. Seating was prompt and service was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and the quality was top tier. The aburi on fire roll and yasai kinoko tofu was absolutely DELICIOUS! Parking was super easy and this place is a solid 5 star. If you want fresh quality food, this is the place to be! I'll definitely be back with friends and family for dinner!
Went here for the first time having high expectations because their high Google review rating (almost insane 4.9!!).The restaurant is in the typical shopping center but inside design was pretty good and that's it, because of their food and service, we came out disappointed, it's nothing special and felt you pay higher price just for the ambiance.We ordered bunch of dishes and only one dish we though it's good, which is the Madai appetizer.Our server was ok when he starts serving us but after he took order first round of our appetizer, he never comes back until we finish the meal to drop the check. We needed to find other server to take our second round order.The nigiri, sushi rice have big issue, No Flavor and too dry. When we eat nigiri we can tell the sushi chef's skill by the Shari(sushi rice) taste and this place doesn't meet our standard.Overall it's just ok and probably we would not go back because there's so many other decent sushi restaurants around here.

This place is quite new since they just opened in August of last year but I’ve gone twice already and really enjoyed everything! Quality and flavor of the fish and all the dishes we had were wonderful and the amount you get was really decent whereas some other places give you such a thin pieces of nigiri/sashimi but this was not the case here. Yakiniku and Aburi on fire were some of our faves as well. Definitely worth checking out!

Came here for dinner with friends last week. We ordered some items that were recommended by our server and items that we picked out ourselves. Everything was amazing from the food, drinks, service, all the way to the atmosphere. My favorite was the Samuel roll (something like that) my least favorite was the brussels sprouts. This place is definitely worth a try!

Please do not overlook this sushi/strip mall gem. Very high quality sushi and unique preparations. Quality is right there with Kata but without the front office hassle and noise; but with significantly more creativity. Love it.
Unexpectedly great. Decided to try on a lark. Poke bowl, sushi lunch special and everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. Would love to see more people try it. Will be back soon.

This was one of our all time favorite dining experiences. I made reservations to take my wife for Valentines Day based on good Yelp reviews. from the outside it looks like a basic stripmall restaurant, but once inside you are transported to an elegant fine dining experience. We were greeted with warm smiles and wonderful customer service, and every emlpoyee contributes to making sure your experience is the best. From the hostess and the manager or Maitre De, to the waiter, buspersons, and chefs. The restrooms were spotless, the decor is clean,elegant, and classy. The Food and craft cocktails were absolutely prepared with precision and pride. every drink and every bite made us both smile. The presentation was beautiful, the food was extremely fresh and the flavors were amazing. We agreed to make eating here on Valentine's day a tradition. The value was also excellent. This is now one of our top 3 favorite restaurants, and when it comes to Japazese Quisine and Sushi, it is #1. I wish we would have taken photos of all of the items we sampled, but we were having such a lovely experience we only took a few. from the apetizers to the craft cocktails to the champaigne to the main courses and dessert. it was phenominal!
The staff were all incredibly friendly! The atmosphere was lovely, and I could feel how much money was invested in the interior. It felt so good just sitting at the sushi bar and watching the nigiri and roll chefs fulfill orders. The food and fish quality was top notch. The scallop nigiri was our favorite. The unagi nigiri was absolutely delicious. We're looking forward to coming again regularly!

Vegetarian review: Cannot say enough about the butter cake!!! Also the chocolate at the bottom of the creme brulee Brussel sprouts were perfect. And the rice that came with the yasai kinoko tofu..slightly creamy wow. Fries had great crisp but got a little heavy towards the end. Get the unagi sauce!

What a great find Aburi Sushi turned out to be! For a relatively new spot, this place already has there act together! One of the more modern , but still cozy aesthetics you will encounter. We sat at the bar ( and there are two by the way), and were greeted immediately . We started off with apps of black pepper fried calamari, fried very nicely and quite tasty w/ just the right amt of salt. And also an app of the best honey roasted Brussel sprouts, at a sushi bar no less!! that I have EVER HAD. Go figure, lol , However that being said, you come for the sushi, and excellent succulent sushi they did DELIVER! Nuthin was a fail , food or service wise so If I had to nit pick, then I'd say the hot sake was not as stellar as the rest , but otherwise I have my latest sushi crush in the making!
