This Taco Truck has Great Tacos for sure BUT the tacos aren't consistent especially when the OWNER isn't cooking the tacos, you can tell a HUGE difference! The Young lady that works on the Taco Truck is Rude and she makes ""HORRIBLE """ Tacos! She has very nasty attitude and she to busy trying meet up with her boyfriend or whoever instead of making great tacos.... The Owner needs to pick better cooks!! I give them a D- when this taco truck is really an A grade.... Consistency is VITAL

Best street tacos, always nice service and quick. Ordered catering once and all my guests were amazed. Price is also very good. They always give more from what I pay so I always keep returning for 12 years now

I have been eating at Tacos Tex Apache for at least 5 years. Hands down, the best tacos in Houston. Plus, the people that run this taco truck are wonderful. My favorite are the Pastor tacos on corn with cilantro, onion and cheese. Of course, it is hard to get their Torta as well. If you want some awesome tacos, this is the place!!

Im honestly mad I asked for maíz tacos and got harina. I could have actually dealt with the harina but the tortilla was crunchy borderline burnt! Including my quesadilla the meat was good tho

I seen this taco truck across the street from the old taco truck i used to go but they recently moved so I had no choice. I got fajita tacos and a burrito. The meat was too salty for my liking and they were a little skimpy on the meat for a regular sized taco. The meat didn't taste as fresh but I guess they were doable since the old taco truck is gone. Since they were just okay, I'm sure I won't make that drive again on my lunch break.

Post Thanksgiving meal, really wanted Tacos so I decided to give this place a try. I ordered 3 mini pastor tacos. I was totally disappointed as they were hella greasy, meat was kinda hard to chew and didn't Taste fresh. Will definitely not be going back but I gave two stars has the guy at the window was nice.

Tex-Apache did not disappoint tonight, Absolutely Amazing! All the BS reviews you read about different taco trucks in Houston they have 4-5 star reviews and it's usually bland and garbage. Maybe people don't liked seasoned food idk? Fajita tacos were fresh,well seasoned and delicious. Beans were excellent and The fajita quesadilla was on point I normally go directly across from hear to the other truck (witch is really good when it wants to be) But I wanted to try something different. Honest review guys, Definitely give a try and I will be back

Yup, like they say best taco trucks in the H are always in convenient store parking lots.lol. Doesn't disappoint for the price, their open late & it's made to order. I eat here all the time but just now decided to do a review. I always order pastor tacos corn tortillas or fajita beef burritos. They're both on point. I'd recommend you all give this gem a try.
