This place is absolutely amazing! The food was great, but the atmosphere trumps all! The train was awesome. Great place to take the family!!! I can't forget to mention how amazing our server was. He was training a new employee who did a wonderful job. I wish them both the best in their careers. Not sure if he was a Manger but if not he deserves a promotion for impeccable service.

We started with good service and once our server made an error it was all down hill. We were abandoned and had to go find someone for sauces. There were many servers congregating all in a side room, which I can assume is where they do things like get drinks and check out but it was a bunch of people chatting a laughing. Very disappointing.

We were running late for our reservation secondary to flight delays. I called and the hostess was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the restaurant- they were so accommodating. We were so fortunate to have Stanley “Stan” as our server. He was amazing and so pleasant. The epitome of hospitality- even though it was late - he was phenomenal. Service like this is hard to find these days!!!
Everything was going fine but at the end the waitress ask if we need our change back the total was $160 and my husband gave her $200 I think thats not a question for her to ask we told her she can keep it because I felt more embarrassed than her asking us the question. That’s why we told her to keep it we were there on 4/28/2024
the food was good and watching the fish swim was very beautiful, but the waitress was very slow with entire dinner process and no checking after food came for drinks or seeing if you needed anything else , until the very end and brought the check , service must be more attentive

Mesmerizing underwater nautical experience watching fish swim in giant tanks, its like sitting underwater and having a good time with food, drinks and company of friends. If you are with kids, then this will be a memorable experience for them. Food was delicious, there was some wait time, obviously this place is packed all the time.

I had a Bad experience today .I made the reservation according to system was showing availability @ 8:30PM 4thApril,2024 . Some one call me from restaurant at 5:39PM to force me to come at 8:20PM if i will not make it then she will cancel the reservation . she was so distrustful and talk to me wrong way . i request to her to talk to manager and she told me that she is the manager and never gave me her name . she keep telling me if i cant make it before 8:20 PM and i will cancel reservation . i told her because i am coming from far and also due to traffic i will try my best to be there before 8:30PM . she even hang up the call on me and after few mins i saw my email . she canceled my reservation . I requested to higher management to listen my phone call recording and ask her why she is disrespecting the customers and talk ruddily and with disrespect . this is very bad experience what i have . I requested to people to go to any restaurant with respect not with disrespect . we are spending our money there and giving them business and we deserve respect . i am also business man and i will not have my client treated like this .Thanks

It matched my expectation. Theme of the restaurant was romantic. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Lots of fish in tank (manta, shark and many more). Lots of kids too. Food is a little bit overpriced. Four star because our waiter started off with membership and did not not bring bread to our table.
