Best tasting grilled chicken in Houston made by the most wonderful people! Grilling chicken isn't easy but they make it perfect and fresh here where it's tangy and seasoned nicely, seared on the outside, and juicy inside. The owners have been a part of the community for a long time and I'm happy to support them every chance I get at their new (to me) location.

This is a family owned and operated food truck and they make the ABSOLUTE BEST open grilled chicken I have tasted! I'm not exaggerating here. The chicken has the perfect level of spice to go with the perfect texture. It's not too spicy and definitely juicy and tender. Usually when I get a half chicken or a whole chicken in other places, either the legs are under-cooked or the breast are overcooked but here it's all grilled perfectly. The menu is pretty straight forward too. Half chicken or Full chicken which comes with rice, beans, grilled pepper, onions, and salsa. Reasonably priced. More importantly these are wonderful and hard-working people serving the local community so they're my go-to chicken place now that I know their new location. They used to be on the corner of Fondren and W. Airport for the longest time, but now they're at 6301 W. Belfort Street- in the parking lot of the apartments on W. Belfort. Google maps is kind of weird with the directions and it took me two efforts to find them.
