Artisan highly represents French gastronomy in the city.In their new establishment, equipped in the style of a modern bistro, the musical atmosphere and good service accompany the wonderful dishes they serve. There aren't many alternatives to order, so I'll leave you some to start with, the bread and butter are a must, as are the scargots, which are on my list of the best "ever." The Foie is great, as is the Lobster Bisque… go and follow the list.Very soon, you will know more on my YouTube channel #helloaundianywhere we show you what is behind the favorite dishes in restaurants and all the effort they make for our enjoyment.Don't forget to activate the bell so you don't miss a single one.

This was our first time here, we went for my daughters birthday. It was a very enjoyable dining experience and the food was simply wonderful. Their staff are very professional and so very friendly. Pictured is their Crème brûlée.

Went for date night and wanted something impressive. It met every checkpoint with elegance. The service was aware, timely, and friendly. They knew when we were deep in conversation and acted accordingly not breaking our interactions while still checking on us and moving our course of dinner forward. The food was well prepared, presented, and held a taste that took my tastebuds on an adventure. Tomatoes that literally dissolve on your tongue, and lobster bisque to die for with brilliant colors to add attraction. It was worth the price tag and we will be back soon. Reminded me of home.Parking: Mandatory valet if you park the the restaurant parking. It was 10 bucks, professional, and your car is parked close to the building, and quickly returned when leaving. Side note: my car was pulled up before I gave them my ticket, doors opened and keys in the console. I’ve been to places that charge four times this place and service is subpar at best.Wheelchair accessibility: Large ramp directly in front of the building and leads right where your car pulls up. Also leads into the main entrance as well.

Great French restaurant that we discovered for our vacation in Houston. Personally I really liked the lobster bisque enjoyed in the bar room and I went back there alone where I had a meal while watching the preparation of the dishes at the counter which faces the brigade of cooks who were apply to their tasksParking: There is a Valet who welcomes youKid-friendliness: The establishment is suitable for children who know how to behave.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to access the restaurant. space between toilet tables studied

Loved this place when it was originally called James Coney Island. Did they keep chili dogs on the menu?

Chef Fox hit a grand slam with his new location! Great dishes, great ambiance, outstanding hospitality and a seated chef’s table to watch the talented staff prepare your meal. Bravo!!

The service, presentation, and cocktails were excellent. The food, however, was obviously low quality, often the result of a restaurant manager trying to increase profits by using cheap or expired ingredients. I ordered the ribeye at $62. The steak had tendon like ribbons of fat and was not trimmed prior to cooking based on the large amount of grizzle. The fat of the steak was also off tasting and rancid. I found myself wanting to inspect the walk-in. I would not recommend Artisans to anyone seeking more than a good smoked Old Fashioned. It's was 2 hours of disappointed following the cocktail. Leave immediately after consuming a drink. I will be investing my money in a smoking clonche and not returning Artisans.

I have been going to Artisans since it was opened in Midtown Houston. This is my 4th time to the new location on Bering At Westheimer and it is really beautiful. The service is always great with warm welcomes from Jacques and Gregory. The food is always delicious served by great professionals. I also have to mention the great wine selection.

Brent and the other gentlemen that helped us are the reasons that we will be back ... another things ... we love people who know their restaurant .. know their menu and know about the food they serve ..BRENT very well done ..!!!! See you soon!!!

We were the only ones in the restaurant and we had to ask for help. Didn't receive cocktail or wine menus until we asked. We're not offered purse holders. Overall service was terrible.
