Why did it take them over 30 minutes to make me a snow cone? From drive thru to window, over 30 minutes with tow cars in front of me and I ordered 2 snow cones. And they got my order wrong. They tried to argue with me about my order. Then they fixed it but didn’t but any ice cream on the bottom…

Love shaved ice. Everyone is polite at the location. However, it is really slow on receiving your order. I have been the last 3 days, and average customers in drive thru and inside have been 7 and taken 15 minutes for the order after ordering. Usually 4-8 employees working.Update: The time to make a shaved ice has gone up tremendously. The sad thing is that I see them shaving an entire block of ice, so it should be, scoop, flavor and go. But these kids are so slow! I used to work in a shaved ice place when I was younger, and the lines can get overwhelming, but speed is everything. You are just pouring syrup on ice.

These folks go to the games as a vendor and sell you a cup of ice for $6.50… hardly any syrup or condensed milk…for that much they should at least try to sell something

I tried the new strawberry mango smoothie. It was actually pretty good. The family got small (12oz) size snow cones. That's all you really need.

Terrible service...I walked in and was standing for 10 minutes before I was even greeted and the restaurant was empty. Then I had to wait another 15 mins for my online order that they hadn't even started yet
