This place is a joke. Absolute disgrace to call the garbage I ate pho. Try instant ramen with a beef bouillon cube and a sweet hard boiled egg! YUK. Then when I asked for Sriracha, after waiting forever, dude brings me tobasco. $20!!!!!

Ordered a chicken stir fry bowl - piece of chicken had bone in it and almost cracked several teeth. They gave an option to remake or refund. I opted for the beef because I hadn’t ate all day. The beer on draft was flat. Management never came by to address the concern. The staff was attentive tho. $24.99 for a bowl… $18 for a glass of wine, $10 for a draft beer… a bit over priced for what you got. Stir fry only had onions and red/green peppers. True stir fry has more veggies

The online ordering system actually complicates the whole experience and removes any human aspect to this location. Due to location phone service is bad so you have to use WiFi. Had to request help to adjust order on the app which could not fit in request for more vegetables.Ordered a veggie bowl with cauliflower and broccoli. Asked for spicy (don’t think they know the word).Honestly it was average (at best). Still better than other heavy airport food. What was disappointing was the over use of sauce (the rice was literally in a soup). But on top of that no one checked back in after they served the meal or refill my drink. If they planned to remove the human service element from the meal tips should be adjusted as well.

I was charged $18 for 3 Buffalo egg rolls as small as my finger. When I asked the server for extra Buffalo sauce she said "we don't have Buffalo sauce". I asked "how do they make Buffalo spring rolls without Buffalo sauce?", and she replied "that's just how we get them".... So I paid $18 for frozen, packaged spring rolls that they heated up on the spot? The only slightly redeeming quality was that the manager admitted it was purchased pre-made/frozen, and he offered to refund and provide a free sushi roll (which was OKAY).

Located on terminal C opposite gate C11. Vegan option available at this restaurant. I was able to order a Thai style vegan ramen. The food was tasty and the portion size was generous. The food was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering which was amazing as I had a short layover in Houston.Giving 4 stars because their to-go boxes are extremely flimsy. It opened while I was walking to my gate and leaked!Dietary restrictions: Vegan available

Ordered food. Card charged, order never came. Had to search for an employer to ask about the order. They tried to blame me for their QR code not working properly. Waited nearly an hour a d no one even brought out my drink. Had to argue to get the card refunded. Had a flight to catch amd couldn't wait any longer. We'll see if the refund comes through. Very poor service, NO assistance, Staff couldn't care less about doing a good job or providing serviceAdd the fact that the tables or chairs were screwed to the floor, maki.g an uncomfortable. Experience.I HIGHLY recommend NOT eating here

The cajun- vietnamese concept is great. A spectrum of choices available. A nice place to spend your time while waiting for your next flight.Located in the United terminal C of IAH (right next to C6) is a great little fusion restaurant named "Bam Bam". I especially like being able to check the status of gates C10 and C11 while sitting at the establishment.I have been here at least 5 times in the past year and its a great place to be while your United return flight is delayed for the fifth time in a row.The staff seems happy and is very friendly. The service is very fast assuming that you ordered something that doesn't take a long time to prepare.Compared to the other locations in terminal C, there is always plenty of seating especially if you are willing to sit at the bar. There is also a great assortment of beverage, gluten free and children options.Highly recommend the cajun shrimp and sausage (see the enclosed picture). It is worth the wait.Added another picture thanks to yet another delay from the amazing United airlines...

Was honestly better than I was expecting. The ramen was pretty decent and fairly priced for the airport (noodles were over cooked put the pork was really good). Much more of a pan Asian menu than anything the least bit authentically Vietnamese, but the ordering process was easy via QR code and they had plenty of available seats when I arrived. Would return!

Service was good. But the food was meh at best. Burrito was just alright, would have been nice to be able to add sour cream, avocado or salsa to give it some flavor. The breakfast potatoes were ice cold. For $18, and having to place my own order as opposed to giving it to a server, at the least I expect the food to be warm. Perhaps even hot.

Solid 3, got the bulgogi beef on French fries. Flavors we're good but the fires were more limp than an old man's you know what.If you order sushi at an airport, you are taking responsibility for what follows.

$18 "Caesar Salad" disappoints! - miserly portion, more crouton than lettuce. Two Friends had fried rice plates and were pleased with their selection.
