Again, I visited this BASKIN ROBBINS and the experience was amazing. Sarah was the young employee taking my order today. I noticed a person who didn't quite have enough for ice cream on this 100 degree day and asked Sarah to prepare whatever this youth wanted. Quietly and with dignity toward this person, Sarah prepared the desert, allowed me to pay it unsuspectingly assuring me the customer would be tended to well. Home run for this Kingwood Baskin-Robbins. My commendation to these employees YET AGAIN. I shed a few tears at the kindness of these kids working the store. God Bless you all.Grateful,Virgilio Davis

I went to buy an ice cream cake for my grandson's birthday. I have the app and there is a $4 off a cake of $29+ on there k(expriess 4/15/23). The two young guys that were working tried several different times to get the coupon to work. They finally called the manager who said she tried to get it to work and was unsuccessful as well. She told the employees that I was out of luck as she would not honor it. I take my grandchildren almost every Friday afternoon but I won't be taking them there any longer. Guess that manager doesn't believe in good customer service. ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!

They consistently have pieces of ice in their ice cream (it's not fresh) and for the life of themselves can't fill and Uber eats order accurately.
