We eat lunch here every Wednesday for the $3 frozen drinks. Surprisingly, the food on the lunch menu is really good. Since costs have gone up everywhere, I noticed the waiters try to trick us into extras and try to push us out of the lunch menu. It is a little annoying but understandable. They used to have fail army on the TV's and that was fun. The garlic butter sauce is our favorite on the wings. All the lunch items are really good. You can get half onion rings and half fries if you want them. That is a nice perk with no upcharge. The service can be slow, so we order the margaritas to offset the delay. I think if you tell them you are in a hurry, they would accommodate you.

I sincerely wish there was a zero stars option for this location. Our family went last night and when we asked the server about the 2 for that is usually on Tuesdays, her reply was to “not anymore” and she walked off. When she finally did come back her question was were we staying and what did we want.We ordered and once the food got to the table, one of our family bit into their mushroom Swiss burger and it was so crusted with black pepper that it was inedible. We finally managed to catch the attention of a manager who was completely inconvenienced to have to deal with a guest. We explained the situation and his only response was “ you want another one”?. Yes we do. It was of so little importance to him that he sent the useless server over to ask what our guest wanted this time. Seriously? If you hate your job and your life so much that you test guests like this in your restaurant, feel free to go get a job that only requires you to ask “Do you want fries with that”. Even then it’s debatable as to whether you could get that right.I wholeheartedly hope the server and manager see this. Because of your complete disregard for your guests, you got the tip you deserved. To the manager thanks for nothing. Our family member couldn’t even eat dinner with the rest of the table but that had no impact on your decision to do absolutely the bare minimum you had to before walking to the bar and standing there with your arms crossed.Do better, or simply get out of the Hospitality industry. No one needs slackers like you.Disappointing to say the least and we will not be back to this location. Never have these issues in Pasadena. No wonder this location is dead.

The food is OK. There is a sort of plumbing smell and the service is always 60%. I've been here 3 times. Each time I have something happen that keeps me from posting 4 or more stars. The last visot I came in at 940pm. They closed at 10. Let me tell you... every TV was off all the stools around me were up on the bar and I was rushed to pay out by exactly 10pm. If your manager wants to be home by 10:05 pm, maybe change your hours to 9pm close.

I ordered the turkey burger with fries. The fries were average but good. I never actually tasted the turkey burger as the bun was rock hard with mustard dripping everywhere, and the turkey pattie looked very unappetizing, so I opted not to try it. I won't be back as this isn't the first time I've been unhappy with the food. It just isn't good, and the waitress didn't seem to want to be there.

This was the worst experience I’ve had here. Usually it is fabulous. The wings must have sat under the heat lamp for several minutes because they came out dry and crunchy. The burger my boyfriend ordered had way too much pepper in the meat and was not edible. We had to flag the manager by to ask for help. The wait staff is more interested in being on their phones than helping customers. It was a very slow Monday night. No reason for that. We had to ask for everything from straws, to knives, to mayo, to help, to our tab! Really. I get you might have new staff, but please keep them off their phones.

Brownie harder than a brick had to use a knife to even cut into it. Churros old and tasteless. Chicken is ok nothing really stood out that would make me want to give this place any further business. Customer service not including the cashier (he was great)-00000.

Came here with my brother. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese, it was better than I expected. The waitress was attentive and nice. Then man at the front desk deserves a shout out too, he came by a few times to check and make sure everything was good. So overall 5 stars to those folks here today.

I recently left this restaurant where, after 20 minutes of being seated, my significant other and I received no greetings or assistance. We opted to go to the counter for takeout, which took an additional 20 minutes. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. While ordering our to-go food, another couple was promptly helped at our previous table. I will not be returning and am happy to do no tipping in this establishment due to the poor service.

Food was very below average, the fried Mac n cheese triangles were sooo dry, cheese sticks were overcooked, the sour cream on my nachos was sour, my fiancé got a Philly cheesesteak with curly fries, and the sandwich was soo spicy! Although no stated ingredients on it should've been spicy, there was some kind of Cajun seasoning on the fries, which brings me to assume they also put that on the Philly. Didn't even eat our meals, will not try again.

Great experience! Haven't been there in a year, but when we walked in and sat down, Mark, the bartender remembered us! He's kind, genuine, funny and personable. Laughed with us about Christmas and making cookies with his kids for Santa. ❤️ I really like the wings because they're the perfect crispness (can't stand a soggy wing). The sauces are good, service is fast and staff is very friendly. A+
