I came across this stand at the freedom over Texas festival. The line was ridiculously long (in a good way) but baby let me tell you I got the brisket baked potato with jalapenos and it was AMAZING.... definitely worth the wait for sure!! The next time I visit Houston I'm definitely coming back!!!

We stumbled across this place just driving by and it was gooood! I gave it a star less because, the sides could have been better. I understand that it’s BBQ with a Latin twist however, the sides were still a little bland. The green beans were great but the rice was plain and the potato salad that I sampled had peas in it. The brisket sandwich had so much meat in it that you could literally make a second sandwich. Last, ask for xtra bbq sauce because they only give you one ramekin per order and that’s not nearly enough.

Our company brought in a few food trucks for a meeting. Out of all the trucks, this one was by far the best, not simply due to the food (which it was good) but it was the service that was provided by Lyn(I hope I got her name correct.) She had a long line and by the time I got to her, she was kind (even though it was cold), she put my order together nice and neat and we were even able to get a small chat in. The brisket was tender and juicy and the portions were pretty nice sized. Great business! Will definitely recommend!

I stopped here today and I must say theri food was delicious the brisket was so tender I can only imagine the ribs can not wait to visit again if u are ever in the area they are a must stop and try

BBQ fuzion came to my apt complex for the evening. Was thinking about the chopped brisket sandwich or loaded potato, but the special feature was the brisket quesadilla and I couldn't say no. As you can see, it's chock full of brisket and was super juicy and flavorful. Possibly too rich, and that's saying something... I'd get that again, but would probably try the other two first. Also very interested in the potato salad, but I'm very picky about that
