Looked like a great spot and the menu sounded awesome. Sadly we walked out due to poor service. Just not friendly or attentive.

First time at Bisou. I sat at the bar. It may have been 2 other gents and maybe 2 customers in the entire place. The food was heavenly. I mean flawless. But the service at the bar area was just terrible. My bartender was walking around talking /using her phone. I had to ask another bartender to take my order because she was busy on her phone.I was asking the new guy about appetizers and asked about the lamb chops. He rang up the dinner lamb chops which isn’t what I wanted. Luckily those were some of the best chops I’ve had.I’ll be back. But I won’t be sitting at the bar. A little professionalism goes a long way

I wish there was an option to give no stars for overall, service and value because that's what it deserves. I don't usually give reviews, but I had such a terrible experience I had to. Every employee there was so rude and I had to mention to them again and again what we needed because they weren't on top of it. When you are paying $500+ for your final tab you expect atleast decent service. We got the complete opposite. Super disappointed. We took our mom there for her birthday dinner and I wish we didn't.

Food was decent, service was okay. The espresso martini and the broiled oysters were fabulous. However, I was autograt'd on a 2top... people aren't inclined to tip more because of that.

We dined for Valentine's Day and were told the day of about the menu and its price. One menu and $125pp. When we got there the waited didn't care about anything especially us.. lol. Didn't ask about drinks, didn't check on us, didn't give us the champagne that was promised with the meal. It was a terrible experience and yet there was still gratuity added to the bill. I understood why he didn't care, he got a huge tip regardless. I won't be going back.

Hey, if you want to to meet the rudest bartender in town, that is the place. You wont miss her :)

My husband and I ate out at Bisou this past weekend, and it was terrible. First, let me say that I ate here back when they first opened and I ordered the red snapper, and it was great. This last time we went, it was no longer on the menu, which was disappointing. I opted to go with the wagyu burger and I now regret that decision. The burger was not seasoned , super greasy and it was awful. We also ordered the spare ribs appetizer and they were lukewarm. The service was horrible, our waiter was waiting on about 7 tables at one time, and then they had the audacity to charge gratuity. For what? My husband’s lobster bisque was lukewarm and the lobster was rubbery. And what restaurant doesn’t offer some kind of complimentary bread to bring out once you’re seated? Needless to say we suffered from extreme buyers remorse after this experience.

I’ve been to Bisou numerous times before. I have done their tomahawk dinner that comes with champagne on a previous occasion. I would rate it from a scale one to five I would say at 4.3 Another occasion, I had the beef carpaccio with champagne and let me tell you it is the worst beef carpaccio I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my partner and a friend decided to go for New Year’s Eve this year, Let’s start with the first warning sign. We had reserved our table weeks in advance. The day before they call us and tell us that they have raised the price for the for one $150 to $250 per person for dinner. We were already set in our plans so we continued. (Big Mistake) I want you to keep in mind that our check came to almost $1900 for three people for dinner and a couple bottles of champagne. I had the tuna tartare for my first dish, which was delicious! My two guests had the lamb chops that were extremely dry, and all they did was put a chimichurri over the top. Second came the lobster and crawfish bisque. ???? this was one of the most nastiest lobster bisque I’ve ever had and probably anyone has ever had. It had a burnt root taste that made it impossible to even swallow. The one little crumb of lobster was dry and taste like it came out of a can. I ordered the steak and lobster with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The other two guest ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All three of our meals came out luke warm!!!! I mean no steam know anything the gravy on top of the mashed potatoes was Firm and still!! My steak was ordered, medium rare, and it came out well-done. The other two ordered their steaks medium well, and they came medium rare. We were so upset and did not want to ruin our evening when the manager came over and asked if everything was OK because none of us ate our food. We let them know that the food was cold and was not how we ordered it. She took the food back, and they remade the food. When she brought the food back for all three of us, the food came out warm. At this point, she herself came over and tested the steak in the food and apologize and attempted to take it back. We were all irritated, so we just told her to pack the food to go. The place was empty and they were charged 250 per plate of food! Their own owners came in and left at 11 PM to go celebrate New Year’s Eve somewhere else. The theme was casino night, but it was just a decor. Worst $2000 ever spent I will never ever ever eat again. This is exactly why ceil is taking your business away!

It was decent. All the unnecessary add ons in regards to food and beverage tax gratuity, and can’t have your own tab/check is a bit outrageous to me. No wonder when we went stake 48 was packed and this place wasn’t. It’s not a place you can get full on, just nice aesthetics.

Celebrated daughter's 24th birthday here. Service was great, the crab beignets were delicious and so was my shrimp pasta. The server brought out a red velvet torte for her too!

Food was good, place was cool. Very dead for a Friday night for that area. Heads up that they automatically charge 20% gratuity for any size party + the credit card processing fee.

Here's my issue with this restaurant. It was three of us dining. My bill was 400 and they tacked on a 20% tip automatically which isn't a big deal I generally tip 20% anyway but what irritated me was my bill after tip was 490 and after they rang up my credit card they charged me a 4% fee for using my card without saying a word. Now it was like a 30 dollar difference but my issue is if I'm in there and I spend 490 why are you doing the nickel and dime nonsense and hit me w a fee and don't even tell me that it's coming? I won't be back for that in itself. The food was decent but not worth the price by any means. This place is definitely a one and some for me.
