The hostess was rude to my daughters before I walked in. They also sat 6 adults in booth. Clearly want a good fit and they table in front of our booth was a party of 12. It made if difficult for our waitress to serve us.
Service needs improvement. Or at least my waitress does.

First time at BJ's, I had a red ale that was great and a guacamole and bacon cheeseburger. The food was good and the service was great. Our server Alina took excellent care of us and provided everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu and had a wonderful personality.

Christie H was our server at location #403. She was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Always came back to check on us to see if we needed anything and if we were alright. Wonderful experience as always when we come to BJ's. Praying the customer service is just as wonderful at the new BJ's they are building in Cypress, TX.
